The episode starts with Sartaj asking Nehmat to take rest but the latter decides to leave. Ekam arrives and tells Nehmat that she shouldn’t go anywhere. Nehmat and Ekam gets into an argument. Nehmat asks Ekam to worry about Harleen not her. Ekam firmly says that he won’t let Nehmat leave the house. Nehmat feels dizzy. Ekam scolds her. Sartaj asks them to shut their mouth. He then threatens to inject Nehmat and Ekam to make them shut their mouth. He then tells Nehmat that the latter has to take rest so asks her to do it. He further asks Ekam to be relax. Ekam leaves the place.
In the kitchen, Harleen is cleaning plates. Both Naaz and Cherry arrives there. They both mocks at Harleen by speaking about Ekam’s interest in Nehmat not Harleen. Naaz tells Harleen that Ekam and Nehmat will be together soon. Also she makes fun by bringing Harleen’s infertility. Harleen shouts at both Naaz and Cherry for their cheap behaviour and asks them to leave. Naaz mocks then leaves with Cherry.
Nehmat tells Sartaj that she won’t let anyone decide what she has to do in her life. She had enough then decides to leave. Harleen cries recalling about Naaz’s words and decides not to stay here. Nehmat sees Harleen is about to hurt her without realising it. She saves the latter from getting hurt then asks her what is she doing. Harleen realises. She then worries about Nehmat and asks her to go to her room to take rest. Nehmat once again feels dizzy. Harleen shouts at Nehmat for risking her life to save her’s. Nehmat tries to calm her down. Nehmat pleads with Harleen not to hurt herself. Harleen expresses her frustration of how she wants to throw Nehmat out of her life and this house but at the same time she can’t able to do because Nehmat is her sister. She also expresses her pain and fear of their relationship which may destroy because of whatever happening. Nehmat feels bad and thinks in her mind Ekam isn’t treating Harleen how he should. Saratj arrives and takes Nehmat with him to have food.
Naaz expresses her disappointment towards Balveer for not taking her to the restaurant. Balveer reminds her, her idea to keep an eye on Nehmat. Sartaj and Nehmat arrives there. Naaz makes fun of Nehmat by reminding the latter and Ekam’s favorite food. Nehmat refuses to have outside food. Sartaj suggests to have fruit. Cherry gives papaya. Both Nehmat and Sartaj says Nehmat can’t eat papaya. Naaz questions Nehmat for refusing to eat papaya which she used to have a lot. Nehmat firmly refuses to eat it. Sartaj stares at her.
There, Ekam recalls whatever happened after Advait and Nehmat get divorced from Nehmat refused to marry him and everyone forced him to marry him and Harleen also Nehmat didn’t leave him for Sartaj. He then gets determined to find out behind Nehmat’s decision to leave him. Nehmat tells that she wants to go to her home as she isn’t feeling good. Sartaj suggests her to take rest. Nehmat asks him to keep his advice to him.
Nehmat receives a message from Ekam stating that he learned the truth shocking the former. Nehmat leaves followed by Sartaj. Naaz jokes about Nehmat’s behaviour. Harleen thinks in her mind that Nehmat must be going to meet Ekam. Ekam asks Nehmat to meet him in thirty minutes or else threatens not to spare who is behind their separation. Nehmat leaves in an auto to meet Ekam.
Precap: Nehmat meets Ekam and asks him how did he learned the truth. Ekam holds her and tells that he learned the truth and vows to kill that person which shocks Nehmat.
