The episode starts with Naaz stopping Nehmat from going to her room. Naaz urges Nehmat to tell her where Ekam is. She refuses to let Nehmat go inside without telling her that. Sartaj asks how Nehmat would know about Ekam’s whereabouts. Naaz is sure that Nehmat and Ekam were together. Naaz says that Harleen slapped her because of them. She asks Nehmat to tell her where Ekam and Nehmat wanted to elope. Sartaj reminds Naaz that Ekam is a police officer who protects people. He lies that Ekam found Nehmat unconscious outside of the hospital and called him. He says that Ekam took Nehmat home and left. Harleen wonders why Sartaj supports Ekam and Nehmat’s lie.
Ekam is sad recalling Nehmat’s words. Renuka phones Ekam to find out where he is. Ekam lies to Renuka that he is on some secret mission. Renuka taunts Naaz and says that Harleen was right to slap her. She says that Ekam wasn’t with Nehmat, but he was on a secret mission. Harleen doubts that Ekam lies because of Nehmat. Nimmo thinks of talking to Nehmat the next day to find out what’s on her mind.
Harleen is unable to sleep, recalling Sartaj’s lie. She wonders why Sartaj supports Nehmat and lies. She wonders whether their engagement is also fake. Sartaj says to Nehmat that he is going to sleep on the terrace and asks her to phone him if she needs anything. He leaves. Nehmat is relieved that Sartaj didn’t question her. Balveer goes to Naaz. The latter is furious about getting slapped by Harleen and vows to take revenge on her.
Harleen decides to confront Nehmat and find out the truth. Naaz sees Harleen going and goes after her. Nehmat thinks of stopping Ekam. She’s shocked to see Harleen there and grows anxious, wondering whether Ekam told her everything. Harleen asks Nehmat why she is shivering. She says that she wants to ask her something. Nehmat is anxious about Harleen, asking if she was with Nehmat. Naaz watches this standing at the doorstep. Harleen recalls Naaz’s words. Harleen asks Nehmat why she wants to marry Sartaj, if she really loves Sartaj. Nehmat asks Harleen why she asks this question. Harleen accuses Nehmat of wanting to marry Sartaj so that she can stay under the same roof as Ekam. Nehmat denies it. Harleen asks Nehmat to swear on Rupy that she wants to marry Sartaj because she loves her. Naaz thinks that Nehmat could never make a fake swear. Nehmat thinks that she doesn’t love Sartaj and hides it from everyone.
Elsewhere, Ekam recalls Nehmat’s words and vents out of his anger by breaking things. Here, Nehmat says to Harleen that, like Harleen trying to move on with Ekam, she’s trying to move on with Sartaj. She asks Harleen to forget the past. Harleen asks Nehmat to swear that she loves Sartaj, so she wants to move on with Sartaj. Nehmat notices Naaz’s reflection in the mirror and understands Naaz provoked Harleen. So, she refused to make a swear. Nehmat pulls Naaz out of her hiding. Nehmat scolds Harleen for doubting her falling for Naaz’s words. Nehmat lectures Harleen to follow her instincts and doesn’t fall for the words of Naaz, who is selfish. Naaz walks away.
Harleen walks away. Ekam is crying recalling Nehmat’s words. Nehmat worries about Harleen. She says that Harleen’s heart will break if she knows what Ekam wants. She thinks of making Ekam understand that he is doing wrong.
The episode ends.
Precap: Ekam messages Nehmat to meet him in their favorite place. Nehmat refuses. Ekam threatens her to tell the truth to Harleen and make her sign the divorce papers.
