The episode starts with Tejas who demands the largest room of the house since he is the eldest son of the house. Being amused by the words of Tejas, Paresh suggests Tejas to build up the house by his own but he gets discouraged when Tejas is asked to make the room by his own money. Suddenly Sachin comes their and proposes they should hire a house maid who will help Sayali to finish the household works. Sayali has been doing all the works single handedly, Riya and Roshni also don’t help her. But Renuka and Tejas don’t prioritize her work since she runs a small business.
Riya and Akash completely agree with the idea of Sachin. They also promise that they will definitely share their money for hiring the maid. Roshni also doesn’t find any important of housemaid and thinks Sayali has been creating an unnecessary in the house. Renuka also taunts Sayali for seeking leisure time. Tejas clearly mentions he is not going to give any money for the maid. Sachin gets angry and reminds of Sayali had not compete the household works, they will reach office on time. Paresh finally opens his mouth and finalizes everyone of the family member will share the money to hire the maid.
Renuka doesn’t find any logic to support Sayali. She comes to Riya and makes her understand Sayali has been creating an unnecessary issue in the house. Riya opposes her mother in law and emphasizes the validation of that suggestion. Renuka’s biased words irritates Riya and glorifies the bright future of Sayali’s business.
Sayali finds out a girl has been stealing the purse of the customers of the market but she suspects a wrong girl as a thief. Actually the girl was following Sayali since she wants to hire herself as a maid of Deshmukh house. Finally Sayali realises her mistakes and talks about her salary. She brings the girl in the house and introduces the girl with other family members. Renuka doesn’t like the appearance of the girl Manjari.
Sayali suggests Manjari to do something so that they will understand how efficient she is in household work. Renuka doubts whether the girl is related to any unethical works.

Precap : Renuka will find out that Manjuri is not even efficient to make tea. Sayali is asked to teach her all the works otherwise it will be her responsibility for her mistakes.
