The episode starts with the Randhawa family facing criticism for choosing a driver for Simmi from other people from the same village. Simmi’s family try to defend their decision but the opposite party refuses to listen. Also that man continuously insults driver. Sayali gets furious so she takes a firm stand for the drivers saying that her husband also a driver. Harry gets shocked. Simmi’s Biji sends those men from there and she praises Sayali. Simmi also praises Sayali. Both Sachin and Sayali stares at each other. Sachin then leaves.
At Deshmukh’s house, Renuka searches for her phone. Both Akash and Tejas also searches for their phone. Roshni realises that her phone is missing. She worries that she may land in trouble because of the continuous calls she receives from Mamta regarding the money she took it from her as a loan. Riya arrives there with all of their phone’s. Everyone gets shocked and they demands Riya to return their phone. Riya refuses it. She tells that she noticed during their dinner all of them were using phone and not interacting with each other. Also she saw a new challenge in social media.
Riya explains the challenge is that for the next 7 days no one should use their phone. Hearing this the family members refuses to be part of the challenge and they demand their phone back. But Riya states the one who wins the challenge will get a monetary reward. She refuses the disclose the winning amount. Both Tejas and Roshni thinks this money will help them to fulfill their needs while Renuka feels that she can use this opportunity to make the family members do the household chores. Akash openly admits burning food because of using phone. All of them agrees to do the challenge. Riya locks their phone in a box also she tells them the CCTV camera is fixed to keep an eye on them for the next 7 days. Renuka gets upset. But she and other agrees and leaves.
Back at Amritsar Sachin gets frustrated about his current situation. Sayali arrives there to speak with him but Simmi’s brothers arrives so Sachin takes Sayali to aside and they both hide in a closed space. Both of them get emotional. After Simmi’s brothers leaves the place Sachin refuses to have the food Sayali brought for him. Also he refuses to speak with her. Sayali also remains firm in her decision to not to leave the place without Sachin. After she goes inside, Sachin enjoys the food. Sayali secretly sees this and smiles. Sachin sees Sayali so he speaks to Simmi in a flirtatious way and leaves. Sayali gets hurt. Later Sayali gets happy when Sachin checks up on her in the middle of the night thinking she is asleep.
The next day Simmi’s Biji talks about the importance of love between the couples also the little fight the couples have that strengthen their relationship. She shares her story with Sachin and others. Sayali and Sachin asks Biji about the importance of forgiving their partner for the same mistake they have been committing it. Biji advises them. Sachin asks is it okay to sacrifice their self-respect for love? Sayali gets sad while Simmi looks confused.
Precap: Sachin refuses to believe Sayali. Sayali also refuses to leave Sachin. After Sayali collapses Sachin takes her in his arms assuring nothing will happen to her. Both Simmi and Harry will follow them.
Our take: Sayali’s constant persuasion is melting Sachin’s heart but his ego and pain is stopping him from forgiving Sayali. Simmi’s grandmother’s advice may help Sayali to regain Sachin’s trust back. Riya’s plan is great but time can only answer whether the Deshmukh’s will be able to live without phone for a time being.
