The episode starts with Sayali asking Roshni about her father’s whereabouts. Renuka demands to answer her and asks if she is trying to fool her. Roshni gets scared. She then feels nauseous, so she goes inside. Tejash follows and helps her. He asks Roshni what happened. Roshni says she doesn’t know. Both of them come outside. Meanwhile, Sachin asks Paresh what happened to Roshni. Paresh asks how he knows, and then he asks Roshni what happened to her. Roshni tells him that she is feeling low and then decides to go inside to take rest. But Renuka stops and asks about her symptoms. Then she gets excited, which confuses everyone. Paresh asks Renuka about her happiness. Renuka tells him that Roshni is pregnant. Both Roshni and Tejash get shocked. Roshni says to Renuka that she doesn’t think she is pregnant. But Renuka refuses to listen to her.
Paresh advises Renuka that they should get a confirmation from the doctor reminding what happened when they stayed at the village back then. He then asks Tejash to take Roshni to the hospital. Tejash obliges, but he doesn’t move from there, so everyone questions him. Sayali says to Sachin that she thinks Tejash is happy, so he behaves like this. Renuka feeds food to Roshni and then sends the latter to the hospital with Tejash. She then thanks God. She also taunts Sayali and then leaves. Sayali gets upset, so she goes inside. Sachin complains to Paresh. Paresh asks him to ignore Renuka.
Here, Roshni meets Shikha on her way to the hospital. The latter gets excited learning about Roshni’s pregnancy news. Roshni says she has to confirm with the doctor. Shikha congratulates Tejash. Tejash takes Roshni aside and asks if they are even ready to take responsibility for their kid because he don’t have a job. Roshni gets upset and angry about Tejash for getting scared to take responsibility for their kid. She rebukes and asks him to attend a company interview, saying she will go to the hospital with Shikha for the check-up. Tejash hesitates, but he leaves for the interview. Shikha questions Roshni about Tejash’s behaviour. Roshni tells her that she isn’t pregnant. She does the drama to calm Renuka’s anger towards her. Shikha gets shocked. She asks Roshni if she is going to continue her pregnancy drama for a few more days. Roshni refuses to continue the drama, saying she will get caught. But she decides to distract Renuka using Riya.
At Deshmukh’s house, Paresh asks Renuka to stop being over excited and wait until Roshni returns from the hospital. Renuka confidently says that Roshni is pregnant, so Paresh teases her. He also learns that Renuka is considering this as a competition too, so he gets upset. Renuka prays to God. Sakuntala arrives there with a bag full of mangoes. Renuka shares her excitement with Sakuntala about becoming a grandmother. She then calls Sayali to take the mangoes inside. Sayali slips, but Sachin saves her from falling down. Both of their closeness make the family members uncomfortable. Renuka complains to Paresh. The latter defends Sachin and Sayali.
Later, Roshni returns home and tells the family members that she isn’t pregnant. Renuka gets upset. Paresh scolds Renuka for her illusion. Sakuntala says Riya won’t return to Deshmukh’s house after Sachin says there are three daughter-in-laws in their house. Renuka gets determined to throw Sachin and Sayali out of their house, thinking they are responsible for Riya’s decision.
Precap: Renuka refuses to have food until Akash and Riya return home. Both Paresh and Roshni also refuse to have food. So Sayali tells Sachin that they have to do something. Sachin takes food in his hand and says he has a solution. Everyone looks confused.
