The episode starts with the massager expert who gives a proper treatment to Renuka through which she gets some relief from her pain. But still Renuka’s throat is not yet properly cured. After leaving of that lady, Renuka blames Sayali for everything. She thinks Sayali is the main reason for all her failure, she didn’t want Renuka to be successful in her own job. Being upset, Sayali goes into the kitchen to complete her works.
Sachin comes to the kitchen to calm her down. But Sayali can’t control her anger. Sachin keeps his hand on her hand and pacifies her.
When Sayali comes into the room of Renuka, again Renuka blames Sayali for the injury she got. Sachin comes there and feels irritated with the injustice towards Sayali. Renuka curses Sayali that one day she will also get the same pain, only then she is going to understand her.
Riya wants to visit Renuka for once but Akash fears if Riya will feel entertained to see the poor situation of Renuka. Coming into her room, Riya gets very fun to see funny position of Renuka who can’t even move her neck from one side to another. Sachin suggests his mother to sleep on the floor. To irritate his mother, Sachin compares her mother with his own fit body.
Finally, Renuka is helped to sleep on the floor but due to the pain, Renuka struggles to lie on the floor. Sayali wants to lie beside Renuka on the floor but Renuka prefers Roshni with her. Bringing a blanket and pillow, Roshni lies beside her mother in law. But Tejas doesn’t want Roshni to leave his room.
In the next morning, Sayali feels bad reminding the words of Renuka. Though she worked for everyone in this family but she never gets the appreciation for her hard work. Even Sachin is blaming his wife for the injury of his mother which makes Sayali very angry and she leaves of kitchen.
To pacify her mind, Sachin bring a cup of tea for his wife when she was crying sitting outside of the house. He tried to be supportive and points out the struggle of her life, she always helps others even when she doesn’t get the acknowledgement. She has every right to show her frustration but he forbids to shade her tears. Sachin promises he will learn other household works to help Sayali. He also adjoins how much he cares for her. Finally Sayali feels happy listeining the funny words from Sachin. He requests Sayali to prepare a cup of tea for him. In the next morning, Renuka feels better after waking up. She thanks Roshni for sleeping beside her.
