Ram and Sita bow down in front of the MahaDharmAcharya who had come to Ayodhya. Ram says that they are blessed to have them and adds that he puts everything that he has on their feet. He says that he will fulfill every order given by them at the cost of his own life. One of the Acharya says that they are impressed by him and they don’t need anything more. He asks Ram and Sita to take their places.

Ram and Sita sit down. Hanuman kneels near them. One of the Acharya introduces each of the MahaDharmAcharya to Ram. He says that they will give Gyaan to Sita and that will be precious for the baby in her bomb. Ram is grateful to them. They reply some philosophical questions asked to them. They give some precious teachings to everyone present there.

Just then a man comes. Ram meets him alone and hopes he completed the job he had left for. Ram says that he could not sleep since he left since he was worried that a woman in their reign needed help but he could not do anything. The man tells him that he couldn’t find the woman but he found her husband who is not accepting her. Ram asks why her husband isn’t accepting her. The man reveals him that the woman had to spend a night away while returning to his in-laws and her husband is suspecting her. Ram is surprised and wonders why the man hasn’t trusted his wife and why she couldn’t prove her innocence. The man tells him that innocence and trust are not a cloth that can be shown.

Later Ram shares with Sita his worry since he feels that his informer is hiding something so he decides to talk with him again. Ram asks his informer if he is sure that he isn’t telling him something he feels. His informer says that there are many things he would like to tell him but he doesn’t have so much time to listen to him. Ram decides that he will go to that man’s village but not as king, as his friend only.

Sita asks Ram if he is sure that he will go to the village. She suggests him to send another informer if he doesn’t trust the current one. Ram says that a king has the duty to proof check the information received and not trust blindly what an informer says. He asks Sita to make sure that nobody should know about his absence in Ayodhya.

In the evening Ram listens to the discussion among some men about that woman matter hiding in a corner dressed up as a villager. The men say that thankfully that woman couldn’t meet the king otherwise the latter would have sent his soldiers with her and forced the husband to accept his wife. He is asked by a villager if the king is so unjust. A man replies that he is not unjust, he is a great human being but he has let Sita sit on the throne just because he loves her a lot despite she has been for months in the mansion of a sinner like Ravan. They badmouth about Sita and say that the king should have married another princess and now the public will be influenced by Sita. Ram feels very angry.

Later Ram asks the informer if such things about Sita are said in others villages and in Ayodhya too. The informer replies yes. The informer takes Ram to other villages and he witnesses that everybody has the same mentality. They even question Sita’sagnipariksha. Ram is devastated.

When he returns in the palace, Sita asks Ram if his doubt was true. Ram says that people keep talking. Sita asks him if he could find the woman or just listened to talks. Ram says that he could not help that woman since he could not find her. Sita asks him if he could find the culprit at least. Ram says no. Sita asks what people think about it since what public says is usually true. Ram shouts no and says that public is not always right and they expect a lot from king but can’t give anything back. Sita is surprised to hear him talking like this. Ram leaves. Sita is thoughtful.

Ram walks in the corridor and recalls the words he heard from the men of the village. He is confused and in pain. Ram prays but he is unable to concentrate because of the pain. He lost his smile. Sita is confused to see him sad and upset since the day he returned back.

Sita asks a Dasi to go in the village and find out what people say about the king. She warns her that she should not reveal about this to anybody.

Ram goes to visit Gurudev. Ram tells him about his worries. Gurudev says that king has to take very important decisions so it is necessary that king’s heart should be calm. He says that king should not be attached to someone otherwise he would not be able to concentrate. Ram is shocked. Gurudev asks him to sacrifice what he is attached to. Ram says that he doesn’t know what he is asking him to sacrifice. Gurudev says that only a person’s soul can decide what to sacrifice and what not. Ram thanks him. Gurudev blesses him.

Ram goes back home. Sita is about to serve him food but Ram refuses saying that he doesn’t feel like eating. Bharat and Lakshman understands that there is something making him upset for sure. Lakshman asks Sita if something happened. Sita says nothing important happened. Bharat says that a king always have something that makes him worry. Ram says that he is right and he is unable to resist to the weight of so many worries so he was thinking to give the throne to one of his brothers and go to do tapassaya with Sita. He says that he would give the throne to Bharat. The latter starts crying and says that he must have surely made a mistake and asks him not to punish him like this.

Later Sita gets shocked when her Dasi informs her about what villagers think about her. Sita is left heartbroken.
