The episode begins with Chandrika returns to the ashram after begging from 11 houses. She starts making prasad. Avinash gets worried seeing Chandrika’s condition. Prabhat tells Avinash that Chandrika has to complete this vrat without anyone’s help. He asks Chandrika whether she is fine. Chandrika nods at Prabhat. She makes prasad and gives it to Guruji. Guruji performs puja to God. He returns the prasad to Chandrika and tells her to give the prasad to Devansh. Chandrika leaves from there with prasad.
Meanwhile, Vasudha completes her parikrama and says she is ready to do more vrat like this for Devansh. Savitri gives the nuptial chain to Vasudha. She says God tests them but never leaves them alone in difficult situations. She tells Vasudha to trust God because God won’t let Vasudha lose. She adds, Vasudha proved her love for Devansh. She asks Vasudha to make Devansh touch this nuptial chain to complete the vrat.
Later, Chandrika enters ICU. Vasudha comes there. She asks Chandrika whether the latter completed the vrat. Chandrika replies she just has to give this prasad to Devansh. She sits on the chair and prays to God.
Vasudha recalls how Sage said Devansh should touch the nuptial chain. She makes Devansh touch the nuptial chain. Then she wears the nuptial chain. Chandrika feeds prasad to Devansh. Devansh moves his fingers. Chandrika calls the doctor. The doctor comes there and examines Devansh. He says Devansh is responding, which is a good sign. He adds he can do surgery. Chandrika and Vasudha get happy hearing this.
After a few days, Vasudha tells Hibiscus that she started loving Devansh. She asks Hibiscus to not tell anyone about it. She says she likes to talk to Devansh. She informs Hibiscus of how Devansh takes care of her. She says she is worried about Devansh because she accepted the shooting marriage as real marriage. She thinks Madhav was right about her feelings. She says she doesn’t know when she started loving Devansh. She adds she is happy because Devansh is returning home after many days. She decides to give Hibiscus to Devansh. She thinks only good things will happen now.
Meanwhile, Prabhat and Avinash help Devansh to lie down on the bed. Karishma thinks if she successfully killed Devansh, then the Chauhans would have become her slaves.
Everyone takes care of Devansh. Many days passed. Vasudha enters Devansh’s room and keeps Hibiscus there. She tells good morning to Devansh. Chandrika brings food for Devansh. Devansh starts walking slowly. Avinash gets happy seeing this.
Later, Avinash takes Devansh to the hall. Prabhat tells Devansh that everyone came to meet the latter. Hanumant says he is happy to see Devansh fine. Chandrika thanks everyone for praying for Devansh. She says their love and prayers saved Devansh. Savitri murmurs to Vasudha that she won’t tell the latter to remove the nuptial chain ever.
