By Gossips Tv : The Week 18 TRP ratings are out, and it’s clear that the Indian television landscape has taken a hit due to two major events — the ongoing IPL 2025 season and the India-Pakistan War. With most viewers shifting their attention to cricket and news updates, many popular daily soaps have experienced noticeable drops in their viewership.
Despite the turbulence, Anupama has made a remarkable comeback, reclaiming the top spot after several weeks. Udne Ki Aasha, which had been enjoying the number one position recently, has now slipped to second. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai follows at third, experiencing a dip in ratings. Jaadu Teri Nazar secures the fourth position, and Lakshmi Ka Safar rounds out the top five.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has seen a sharp fall, landing at the sixth spot. Legal drama Advocate Anjali Awasthi and family drama Mangal Lakshmi also experienced declines, securing the seventh and eighth positions respectively. On the other hand, Laughter Chefs Season 2 managed to hold steady at ninth. Jhanak took the tenth place, despite a small drop in numbers.
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin showed a minor increase in viewership, rising to eleventh, followed by Vasudha (12th), Ram Bhavan (13th), Mannat (14th), and Jaane Anjane Hum Mile (15th). The bottom five include Shiv Shakti, Jaagriti, Parineetii, Kumkum Bhagya, and Bhagya Lakshmi.
With IPL fever and national events dominating attention, it remains to be seen how the TRP charts shift in the coming weeks.
