The channels are taking no time to pull off the shows if they fail to fetch good ratings. Within a month, the new and good shows are pulled off. Here is the list of the shows that are shut down instantly.
Imlie:
Show Imlie was given a warning to raise the rating. It did great initially, but the multiple leaps in the show distracted from the plot of the show. As a result, Imlie bid adieu to the audience recently. The show ended on a happy note as Surya and Imlie reunited in the end.
Sai Ketan Rao and Adrija Roy played the lead in the third generation of the Imlie show.
Maathi Se Bandhi Dor is set to replace Imlie in the prime-time slot.
Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai:
The dowry concept has been explored on TV many times. Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai buzzed but failed to meet the audience expectations. Fans waited for the major drama in the show, but the makers disappointed with their creativity.
Meera Deosthae and Zaan Khan played the lead.
The new show, Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak, is going to replace Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai.
Qayaamat Se Qayaamat Tak:
The recarnation drama was expected to entertain the viewers. But again, similar plots are already done and dusted on television. Qayaamat Se Qayaamat Tak tried to gain ratings but failed.
Karam Rajpal’s show will be replaced by the supernatural drama ‘Suhaagan Chudail’.
Meetha Khatta Pyaar Hamara:
Ever since the promo for the show was out, the viewers anticipated that it would not fetch TRP. The show is ending sooner than expected. Avinash Mishra and Prerna Singh were playing the leads in the show.
Last but not least, the Pandya Store is also going off-air. The show completed 1000+ episodes.
