The episode starts with Dev seeing Chandini, so he behaves rudely with Uday Shetty and asks him to get out. Uday Shetty tells Dev that Dev’s time is good while his own time is bad. Uday Shetty vows to take revenge on Dev and leaves from there. Meanwhile, the reporter comes to the hospital.
Dev asks Chandini to go to her room. Chandini agrees and goes to her room.
Dev asks Vani why she thinks Chandini came out of her room. Vani says Chandini might be bored in the room. Dev reminds Vani that it is a hospital suite room.
Rosy tells Chandini that she thinks they should inform Dr. Dev about her beauty pills. Chandini disagrees and tells Rosy that if Dev finds out about the beauty pills, he will stop her medication.
Dev tells Vani that he doesn’t understand why patients hide things. He says that he is a transparent person and comments on it. Vani asks Dev about the grocery bag he is hiding. Dev tells Vani that he is going to cook food for everyone. Vani reminds Dev that he doesn’t know how to cook. Dev tells Vani that will be the surprise. Dev asks Vani to supervise him while he cooks. Dev reminds Vani that when she once brought cutlets, he ate all of them. Vani recalls the incident and tells Dev that it happened two years ago.
Sunny wonders why Uday Shetty hasn’t come to the hospital. Devayani asks Sunny to call Uday Shetty, and Sunny agrees.
Shristi comes to Sunny’s room and calls for Raunak. Sunny tells Shristi that if she came there to ask him to revoke Raunak’s suspension, then it is not going to happen because Raunak brought a dog into the hospital, which is against the rules. Shristi clarifies to Sunny that therapy dogs are allowed in the hospital. She tells Sunny that she wants to hire OTP as a therapy dog. Sunny gets a call from Uday Shetty, so he agrees to send her away. Shristi also asks Sunny to revoke Raunak’s suspension because a patient has gotten better because of him. Sunny agrees. Shristi and Raunak leave from there.
Sunny attends Uday Shetty’s call and asks him why he didn’t come to the hospital. Uday Shetty tells Sunny that he already came to the hospital and has also returned home. Uday Shetty tells Sunny that he will not invest a single rupee in the hospital and cuts the call. Sunny throws away the bouquet that he had prepared for Uday Shetty in anger and thinks that his plan has been ruined before it even began.
Vani helps Dev with his cooking. Digvijay, Shristi, and Jia plan to go to a restaurant. Jia gets a call from Dev and answers it. Dev shows Jia the food he made for her. Jia apologises to Dev and says that Digvijay, Shristi, and she have decided to go to a restaurant. Dev feels sad but agrees to their plan and cuts the call.
Dev and Vani get ready to put the food in the fridge. Shristi, Digvijay, and Jia come to Dev’s house to eat the food and surprise him. Girish also comes there. Vani says that she called Girish because Dev was sad that Jia was not coming. Dev says there is food for everyone and asks everyone to join. Sunny arrives and joins them for the meal as well. Dev praises Vani, calling her his right-hand person. Shristi feels jealous seeing this.
