The episode starts with Vani and Tanvi asking KK’s siblings if KK is there. KK’s siblings say no. Tanvi and Vani decide to wait for KK at KK’s house.
Vani calls Dev and tells him that KK has not come to her house. Dev explains to Vani that a conspiracy is going on because KK’s blood sample has gone missing and has been swapped with another blood sample. Vani is surprised to hear this. Dev says that Shristi is checking the CCTV footage to find out when KK left the hospital.
KK meets the Sapera (Bablu) and talks to him. KK says that their plan worked very well.
It is shown that six months ago, Bablu told KK that her blog, Main Hoon Naagin, had become famous. KK says that she does not know how long she will have this blue skin. Bablu tells KK that before that, they need to earn as much money as possible. KK agrees. Bablu then says that JBMMC Hospital has been in the news a lot since Chandini Khanna nearly died there. He suggests that if a Naagin appears at that hospital, the Naagin will become even more famous. KK agrees to the plan.
In the present, KK tells Bablu that she cannot continue this drama anymore and says that Dev has explained to her that what they are doing is wrong. Bablu reminds KK that her house is under mortgage and that she needs money to take care of her siblings. After thinking about it, KK agrees to Bablu’s request to continue the Naagin drama.
Shristi sees in the CCTV footage that KK left the hospital at 4:30 a.m. Shristi and the doctors wonder why KK left the hospital.
Dev arrives and reveals to Shristi that KK’s blood sample was swapped and is now missing. Shristi decides to check the laboratory CCTV footage.
Devayani reminds Sunny about the CCTV footage and asks him whether he has deleted it. Sunny hurriedly deletes the laboratory CCTV footage.
Shristi and the doctors discover that the laboratory CCTV footage has been deleted and wonder what is going on in the hospital. Sunny tries to blame Shukla, saying that this will give him a chance to prove that Dev is wrong. Shristi asks Sunny why Shukla would do such a thing, as he has no enmity with the hospital. Raunak arrives and says that he has found KK’s blood sample. Shristi asks him where he found it. Raunak says that he found it among the discarded blood samples. Shristi praises Raunak.
Uditanshu arrives and reveals to Shristi and the others that KK has been found. He shows them a live video of Bablu acting as the Sapera while KK performs the Naagin dance. Dev notices that KK is showing symptoms of an impending seizure. He confirms that the location is Shanta Nagar because he recognizes the same beauty parlour signboard that he saw earlier. Dev informs Vani about this over the phone.
Dev and the other doctors leave for Shanta Nagar.
KK suffers a seizure while dancing. Dev breaks open the door and attends to her. KK’s siblings worry about her. Bablu continues his act as the Sapera. Vani slaps him and criticizes him. Shristi calls Dev and informs him that it is Argyria and that the diagnosis has been confirmed. Uditanshu administers an injection and takes KK to the hospital. Later, Dev notices that the live video is still running. He addresses the audience, urging them to come out of their blind faith. He explains that KK is not a Naagin but is suffering from Argyria and comments on the dangers of superstition.
Vani takes Dev to the art café, and they are on their way there. Digvijay approaches Shristi and asks her about all the food. Shristi says that Dev has solved the Naagin case, so she ordered his favorite food to celebrate. She calls him but learns that he has gone to an art café with Vani and becomes upset.
Later, Dev and Vani encounter a ghost.
