The episode starts with Shristi talking to Karanveer Gudda. Shristi orders Karanveer Gudda to sign the consent form for the operation of his wife, Babita. Karanveer Gudda gets offended by Shristi’s behaviour and says he will not sign the consent form. He tells Shristi that he will take his wife and leave the hospital. Karanveer then leaves the meeting room.
Dev sees that Rajiv’s condition is deteriorating and becomes worried. Shristi tells Karanveer that he is putting Babita’s life in danger by refusing to sign the consent form, and warns him that he could go to jail because of it. She gives him a choice: either sign the consent form or go to jail. Karanveer signs the consent form and leaves.
Shristi comments to Sunny that Karanveer only signed the consent form to save his reputation. Sunny asks Shristi to be careful of Karanveer and also comments on him.
Dev calls Sunny from the reception, saying it is an emergency regarding Rajiv. Sunny, Vani, and the other doctors rush to Rajiv.
Dev tells Vani and Sunny that Rajiv is experiencing dizziness and hallucinations, so he gave him a Zentolin injection. Sunny lashes out at Dev, saying that Zentolin is a banned drug for multiple sclerosis patients. Sunny and the other doctors try to revive Rajiv and take him to the ICU immediately.
In Shristi’s cabin, Sunny lashes out at Dev for giving the wrong medicine to Rajiv. He reminds Tanya that she is the doctor in charge and asks how she could let this happen. Tanya tells Sunny that she made a mistake by allowing Rajiv to leave the hospital. She explains that Rajiv lied to her, saying that Vani had signed the temporary discharge form, and before she could verify it, he had already left. Sunny criticizes Tanya, saying she made two mistakes: allowing a patient to leave without permission and letting Dev administer a banned drug. He tells Tanya that she is fired and that her 15-day notice period starts today. Dev asks Sunny not to do this, saying he is the one who made the mistake. Sunny lashes out at Dev and says that he is no longer a doctor, then leaves.
Vani blames Dev for Rajiv’s deteriorating condition and reminds him how she had supported him against everyone. She tells Dev that he has proven her wrong and then leaves.
Shristi also lashes out at Dev, saying she was wrong to allow him to stay in the hospital and reminding him that he is no longer a doctor. She then leaves.
Abhir comes out of surgery and gives Shristi the needle that was removed from Babita’s stomach. He later goes to Vani after learning what Dev has done to Rajiv.
Shristi tells Pratibha that, as the head nurse, she should have ensured that there was no stock of Zentolin. Pratibha explains that she had asked Raunak to move the Zentolin boxes to the basement, and later noticed that one vial was missing, but before she could confirm its whereabouts, Dev had already used it. Shristi comments on this. Karanveer Gudda overhears their conversation.
Abhir comes to Vani and comforts her, and later asks her to eat something.
Karanveer Gudda goes to see his wife and sits beside her. Shristi and Pratibha come and try to send him away, but he refuses to leave. Shristi asks Babita if she knows how a needle ended up in her stomach. Babita says she doesn’t know. Shristi asks Karanveer to move aside and then whispers to Babita that she can tell her the truth and that she will help her, but Babita remains silent. Shristi leaves.
All the doctors comfort Tanya. Dev comes and tries to talk to her. A maid at the hospital approaches Tanya and tells her to learn how to clean with a broom, saying she will never get a job after being fired. Dev tells the maid not to speak to Tanya like that. The maid replies that she can speak to her daughter however she wants, revealing that Tanya is her daughter.
It is then shown that the maid and Tanya had previously thanked Dev for allowing Tanya to do an internship at the hospital. Dev had said that he believed Tanya deserved the opportunity.
Dev apologizes to the maid and says he has lost his memory. The maid responds that he should lose his job, not Tanya’s. Tanya asks her mother to stop and says that she had asked Dev for help because she couldn’t think clearly. She takes responsibility for the mistake and leaves.
The episode ends.

Dev’s mistake and its fallout expose cracks in trust, responsibility, and hierarchy within the hospital.
At the same time, Babita’s mystery and Karanveer’s behavior add an intriguing layer that hints at deeper secrets yet to unfold.
