The episode starts with Sunny asking Vani to stay out of this case as she is not part of it. Sunny later tells Dev that he does not want to break any protocol, due to which he has to leave the hospital. Sunny explains to Dev that all of Pammy’s symptoms indicate tuberculous ankylitis. Dev apologises to Sunny. Sunny and the others leave from there.
Dev talks to Vani and tells her that he is taking Shristi out on a date. Dev leaves from there.
Dev later comes and drops a note in front of them before leaving. Abhir opens the note, which reads “MS spectroscopy.” Abhir and Vani decide to conduct the test for Pammy.
Dev waits for Shristi for the date, but she does not come. Dev messages Shristi that he is waiting for her. Shristi messages Dev to go home. Dev takes a cab and goes to Shristi’s house.
Vani and Abhir wait for the MS spectroscopy report. Pammy’s condition becomes critical. Raunak brings the report, and Sunny looks at it.
Dev arrives at Shristi’s house and finds her with another man. Dev grabs Digvijay by the collar and asks who he is. Shristi tells Dev that Digvijay is her friend and asks him to let go.
Dev argues with Shristi and tells her that he was waiting for her for their date, but now she is with another man. Dev accuses Shristi of cheating on him. Shristi argues back.
Shristi shows Dev the divorce papers and tells him that he was the one who asked for the divorce, not her. She says he was the one who left her. Dev feels devastated and leaves.
Shristi collapses on the spot. Digvijay supports her. Shristi tells Digvijay that she truly tried to save her marriage, but Dev always humiliated her. She adds that if it were not for Dev’s parents, he would not have allowed her to stay in the hospital.
Digvijay tries to cheer her up. Shristi complains to him about Dev, saying he has completely changed and now expects her to forget the past. She says she feels her life is not in her control. Digvijay cracks a joke and cheers her up.
Dev recalls Shristi and, overwhelmed with emotion, punches a wall near the hospital. Girish stops him and tells him that he must accept the truth that there is someone else in Shristi’s life. Dev asks Girish if he knew about Shristi’s boyfriend. Girish tells Dev that Shristi had called him after he left her house. Vani witnesses this from a distance.
Vani approaches Dev and tells him that he must accept the truth that Shristi has someone in her life. She also tells him that love cannot be forced. Vani reminds Dev that he is a doctor. She informs him that the MS spectroscopy test has confirmed Pammy has advanced ankylitis. Vani says they cannot save Pammy, but they can make his remaining life peaceful. Dev goes to meet Pammy.
Dev asks Pammy if there is anything he can do for him. Pammy responds humorously.
Tanvi tells Vani that if they had known earlier, they could have saved him. Vani encourages Tanvi using Dev’s words.
Dev recalls Shristi and feels sad.
Episode ends.

Our take:- Dev is shattered after learning Shristi may have moved on, leaving him torn between love and reality.
