The episode starts with Shristi asking Dev what he was doing in the jungle. Dev tells Shristi that it was an art gallery. Dev says it was a good thing that he had gone there. He says that he recalled something from his past about a ring. Vani and Girish smile at each other upon hearing this. Dev says he also felt that he had spoken those words before when he was talking to Sheetal’s parents about Rocky. Shristi says that he has never spoken sweetly to her.
Uditanshu arrives and informs Shristi and the others that Bhootni Bhabhi has regained consciousness. Shristi makes a comment about Dev.
Satendra’s sister comes to her family and tells them that Satendra has regained consciousness. The Tiwari family goes to see Satendra.
Satendra requests Dev and the other doctors to save him. He says that he does not want to leave with Babli. Shristi tells Satendra that they will help him, but he needs to sign a form stating that he will receive treatment there and not from some baba. Satendra agrees.
The Tiwari family gathers around Satendra and cares for him. They blame the key around Satendra’s neck for his possession by Babli’s ghost. Dev and the other doctors ask Satendra’s family what they mean. The Tiwari family explains that Babli used to put everything she liked in a locker. They say that the locker key is now around Satendra’s neck and that Babli’s soul resides within it. Dev tries to explain that a soul cannot exist inside a locker key and comments on the idea.

Sunny arrives at the office in his night suit. He asks Uditanshu why no one was able to stop the patient from jumping through the window. Uditanshu says that it happened suddenly. After talking to Dev and Shristi, Sunny learns that Satendra jumped from a ground-floor window and was not injured. Sunny questions Uditanshu about why he did not tell him this information over the phone. Uditanshu apologizes to Sunny. Shristi asks Sunny to calm down and says that everyone is freaked out by this case. Satendra then undergoes an EEG test.
Dev asks the Tiwari family about the locker key. They tell him that Mrs. Tiwari gave the key to Babli, and after that, Babli set her sights on the locker and the jewelry inside it. Mrs. Tiwari explains that they want to arrange their daughter’s marriage and need the locker around Satendra’s neck for it. She says that they would be humiliated if they tried to conduct the wedding without the jewelry. Dev comforts the Tiwari family and asks them not to worry.
Dev and Girish examine the EEG reports and think that Satendra’s report is abnormal. Vani asks Abhir where Satendra is. Abhir says that Uditanshu has taken him for an MRI scan. Dev asks Abhir whether anyone is with Uditanshu because, if not, Uditanshu might be in danger.
Uditanshu talks to Satendra and tells him that he needs to remove the jewelry and locker key because they have to perform an MRI scan. Satendra turns into Babli when Uditanshu touches the locker key. He breaks the ropes tied around his hands and punishes Uditanshu for touching the key.
