The episode starts with Mutharasan, Karthick and Gautham are waiting for Maruthu in veranda. Mutharasan tells to Karthick when he wanna meet Maruthu he is coming late. Karthick informs to him he usually come back in this time. Vennila and Kalai are standing inside the house. Vennila reminds how did Swetha setted fire to her house and she shouted for help! How did Kalai entered inside her house and saved Vennila on right time? Vennila reminded how did Kalai treated her like her daughter and fed her. Then how did Swetha planned to send Kalai to her home reasoning She was not allowing them to plan against Vennila.
Vennila reminds how did Kalai assured to her that she is there for her always. Kalai reminds how did Vennila took care of Kalai when she was paralyzed! How did Mutharasan surprised to see her smiling. He informed that to Maruthu but he demanded to marry another one girl on Karthick marriage day. Kalai reminds how did Mutharasan promised to her that he won’t allow Maruthu to marry anyone when he is alive. She reminds how did Mutharasan convinced his siblings to register the land on Maruthu name and cries emotionally.

May he will change after he register this property to his name. Maruthu reaches to his house in new car. He is carrying too many mobile in his hand and give two phone to his assistant hand. Maruthu says to him that he wanna create a business man image in front of his family. He wanna prove to them that he is not good for nothing person but a busy man. He asked his assistant to call him often from his number he will act to them that he is busy always. He nods.
Maruthu enters into house Mutharasan stops him and says he wanna talk with him. Maruthu deny it reasoning he is busy. His assistant calls to Maruthu he pretends like talking with someone in phone. He gives big acting there to prove he is busy. Karthick and Mutharasan finds it out and teases him. Mutharasan informs to Maruthu that he Already talked with lawyer he informed to him that many problems are there to divide the property. He has 100acre land which was on case. But now all case is over it’s returned to his hand now. Maruthu questions him Is he wanna sale it for him. Mutharasan deny it and informs to him he wishes to register this land on his name everyone agreed to it. Maruthu complaints that he is trying to settle him with this land. Mutharasan deny it.
Maruthu adds it’s a good for nothing land he can’t able to do anything with it. Mutharasan says to him its farming land. Karthick supports Mutharasan and scolds Maruthu for talking against his brother. Maruthu holds his collar and argues with him. Mutharasan separates them and questions Maruthu why is he taking everything in wrong way. Maruthu complaints that Karthick is his blood though he is supporting Mutharasan because of his money. He says that he don’t need his money he will earn it in his own. They will see new Maruthu hereafter.
