Episode begins with Revati tells Rakesh that she is arresting him for killing Dev. Police arrests Rakesh and takes him from there. Revati leaves from there without saying anything. 3 days later, Preesha tells Revati that so much happened in her life. She adds that first Dev died and now Judge gave sentenced to death verdict to Rakesh. Revati says that it’s a small punishment for what Rakesh did. She adds that only she knows that how she stopped herself from killing Rakesh. Rudraksh asks her to handle herself and move on in her life with Alia. He adds that it must have affected Alia so much. Revati tells him that she sent Alia to her grandparents house. She says that she is alone now. Preesha tells her that they are with her and hugs her.
Later, Rudraksh asks Saaransh about sessions. Saaransh tells him that he is becoming powerful than before. Rudraksh hugs him. Ruhi joins them. Then Preesha and Sharda joins them. Meanwhile, Revati talks to Dev’s picture. She cries saying that she is feeling lonely so she will come to him. She cuts her wrist.
Ruhi and Saaransh says that they wants icecream. Rudraksh agrees to take them out. He learns that Revati committed suicide. He asks Sharda to take kids out. He and Preesha reaches the hospital. Doctor tells them that Revati is in depression that’s why she took this decision. He adds that Revati talked about them before going to unconscious state, that’s why he contacted them. Revati wakes up and says that she has so many memories in her house and she feels suffocated to live there now. She adds that she don’t want to live alone.
Preesha asks her to stay in the Khurana mansion with them. She tells Doctor to prepare for Revati’s discharge. Preesha and Rudraksh goes out to talk to Nurse about Revati’s medicines. Doctor asks Revati to be careful otherwise Preesha may get to know about their lie. He asks her to not forget that Preesha is a Doctor too. She tells him that Khuranas have no idea that what she is going to do with them by staying with them in Khurana mansion.
Rudraksh and Preesha shows a room to Revati. Revati thanks them. She says that she don’t want to become a burden for them. Preesha asks her to not say anything and leaves from there. Revati thinks that she will ruin Khuranas for ruining her family.
Ruhi learns about Rudraksh and Preesha’s marriage anniversary from Sharda. She goes to her parents room and tells them that they should marry again on their marriage anniversary day. Preesha agrees but Rudraksh refuses. Ruhi leaves from there angrily. Rudraksh tells Preesha that she can lie but not him. Revati overhears their conversation.
Revati orders a cake for Preesha and presents like Rudraksh did it for Preesha. She tells them that she did it for Ruhi’s happiness. She adds that she overheard their conversation about remarriage. She convinces Rudraksh for remarriage. Rudraksh announces that he will remarry Preesha. Ruhi gets happy and hugs him. Revati thinks that she will snatch everything from Preesha.
