Episode begins with Jagdish finds Arjun sleeping outside the temple. He tells Arjun to return home for Karun’s sake. He says that Kaashvi has moved on in her life. Arjun asks Jagdish that how the latter know about it. Jagdish shows the engagement invitation to Arjun. He asks Arjun to forget for Karun’s happiness. He says Arjun has to fulfill his responsibility as father. Arjun says that he will fulfill his responsibility. They leaves from there.
On the other hand, Kaashvi realises that she forgot her phone in Arjun’s home and she goes there. She wonders why main door is open. She hears Karun’s scream and runs to his room. She notices Karun has high fever. Karun asks her to save him. She asks him to open his eyes. She says that she won’t let anything happen to Karun. She takes him from there. She calls Arjun but his phone is switched off. Then she calls Mahima but no response from other side. So she sends voice note to Mahima.
Mahima tells her friend she will look better than Kaashvi on Kaashvi’s engagement day. Arjun and Jagdish enters the house and notices that Karun is missing. They searches Karun in the house. They wonders where Karun went. Arjun decides to give missing complain. Mahima comes there. Arjun notices shopping bags. He asks Mahima that whether she took Karun with her for shopping. Mahima tells him that Karun is sleeping in his room. Arjun asks Mahima that how can she be careless. Mahima tells him that he is careless.
Dadi wonders where is Kaashvi. Aditya comes there and asks Dadi about Kaashvi. Dadi tells him that Kaashvi did not return yet. She says that Kaashvi is not picking the call. He asks her that whether Kaashvi changed her decision. She tells him that that’s not possible. She assures him that Kaashvi will return for sure.
In the hospital, Kaashvi asks God to save Karun. She asks Doctor about Karun’s condition. Doctor tells her that Karun would have went to go to coma. He says that someone gave overdose medicine to Karun. She gets shocked hearing this. He tells her that she brought Karun on time so Karun is fine now. He warns her to take care of Karun and goes inside. She wonders who gave overdose medicine to Karun.
Jagdish scolds Monty for leaving Karun alone. Romila blames Arjun and Mahima. Arjun says that Romila is right. He scolds Mahima for going for shopping. Mahima scolds him for leaving the house. They blames each other. Jagdish tells them to stop it. He says that finding Karun is their priority.
Kaashvi calls Mahima from hospital name. She puts the phone on speaker on Arjun’s behest. She tells everything to Mahima. Arjun’s family leaves for hospital. Kaashvi calls Aditya and tells him that she is in the hospital.

Precap – Kaashvi asks Mahima why the latter gave overdose medicine to Karun. Arjun tells Kaashvi that she can’t marry Aditya.
