Episode begins with Samrat tells Nayantara that he will make sure that she regrets for leaving him. Mahima hurts her hand while breaking the door. Nayantara gets worried seeing Kaashvi’s bleeding hand. Kaashvi loses her consciousness. Samrat says that they have to take Kaashvi to the hospital. Arjun blames Samrat for Kaashvi’s condition. Samrat takes them in his car. They admits Kaashvi in the hospital. Nayantara asks Doctor to save Kaashvi. Doctor tells her that he can’t say anything now because Kaashvi lost lot of blood and goes inside. Samrat tells Nayantara that nothing will happen to Kaashvi.
Arjun lashes out at Samrat. He warns Samrat to stay away Nayantara and Kaashvi. Samrat tells him that he is tolerating all this because the latter is Kaashvi’s friend. Arjun tells Samrat that the latter is no one to Nayantara and Kaashvi. Samrat leaves from there. Arjun asks Nayantara to not worry. He asks Nayantara about her relationship with Samrat. She tells him that she know Samrat in the past and she can’t say more than that. She asks him to not say about this to anyone. He promises to not tell anyone about it.
Mahima gets ready to leave for club. She thinks that she has to go to Veera’s house too. Nitya comes there and tells Mahima about ritual which the latter has to perform tonight. She explains the ritual to Mahima. Mahima thinks that she has to meet Pradyumna tonight. Nitya asks her to perform the ritual and leaves from there.
In the hospital, Doctor tells Nayantara that Kaashvi lost lot of blood so they need blood to save Kaashvi. He says that Kaashvi’s blood group is AB- which is rare blood group and that’s not available in their blood bank. He asks them to arrange blood for Kaashvi. Arjun tells Nayantara that he will arrange blood and leaves from there. Nayantara asks God to not punish Kaashvi for her mistake.
In the club, Mahima praises about Arjun and his family to her friend. Pradyumna hears Mahima. He asks her that why she called him there. She tells him that she has to celebrate her engagement first. She dances with Pradyumna.
Nitya calls Nayantara and asks her that where is the latter. Nayantara tells her about Kaashvi. She asks her to not tell anyone about Kaashvi. Nitya consoles Nayantara and disconnects the call.
Pradyumna asks Mahima that if she is really serious about Arjun. Mahima tells him that Arjun takes decisions of his life and he is not dependent on anyone so she is serious about Arjun. She asks him that if he took Samrat’s permission to come to this club. He shows expensive ring to her and asks her to not marry Arjun. She tells him that she don’t want it because he won’t marry her. She drinks alcohol and hugs Pradyumna.
Nayantara calls Mahima but no response from other side. Arjun returns and tells her that Kaashvi’s blood group is not available in any blood bank.

Precap – Arjun tells Kaashvi that he feel like he lost everything. He tells her that he can’t live without her. Other side, Nayantara tells Samrat that Kaashvi is his daughter.
