Episode begins with Rudraksh asks Preesha that what is she doing in his house. Sharda says she called Preesha and says she is here as doctor because she was her gynecologist so she can’t trust anyone else. Ahana, Mahima shocks hearing her.
Rudraksh asks what’s special in her and says he can hire specialist for his mother and says she hates her then why Sharda called her here. Sharda says his hate won’t be more important for him than her life and says she is comfortable with Preesha only. Mahima says as far as she knows Preesha’s license got cancelled so how can she treat Sharda. Mishka says Mahima is right and says it’s Rudraksh who cancelled Preesha’s license. Preesha says she got her license back and thinks it happened because of Rudraksh but she can’t reveal that now.
She recalls how Rudraksh convinced the Nurse to tell truth in front of hospital management people and he will give her more money this time but Nurse said she doesn’t want any money still she will tell the truth because she is regretting for lying about Preesha and told the truth.
Hospital management apologized to Preesha and returned her license to her. Preesha says she doesn’t have time to waste and takes Sharda to her room for check up. Rudraksh says he is really not understanding what’shappening here. Preesha tells Sharda that she already told her that everyone will be angry and asks why she called her when she can hire any other doctor. Sharda says she wanted to know the truth that’s why she called her here and says Preesha got to know about her accident from Rudraksh also yesterday he was talking to her.
Preesha says she misunderstood everything. Sharda says now Preesha can meet Saaransh usual this chance. Mahima thinks she has to make strong impression in this house and for that she has to do something. She plans to get close to Rudraksh and acts like she twisted her ankle and tells him to check that saying it’s paining so much. She tells him to take her to the room so she can apply ointment. He picks her and moves towards the room.
Mishka gets irritated seeing that. Ahana clicks their picture and uploads it on social media so everyone can know about this new couple. She thinks even though Preesha left Rudraksh but it will hurt her seeing him with Mahima like this. Preesha sees that picture and calls Rudraksh to scold him. He is not understanding about what she is talking. She asks why he picked Mahima. He shocks hearing her and asks how she knows. She tells him that Ahana posted it on social media and asks how dare he to touch any other girl when she is his wife. He blames Mahima for everything.
Next day, Rudraksh and Preesha reaches Arjun’s marriage venue. But they got to know that only bride and groom are allowed to enter so they enters in bride and groom’s get up. Media sees Rudraksh in groom get up and questions him. Mahima sees that in TV and realises that he lied to her and wonders why. She scolds Saaransh so he decided to complaint about it to Rudraksh. Saaransh gets to know that Mahima leaving the house to meet Rudraksh so he plans to hide in the car.
