Episode begins with Mohit lies to Samrat he is alone. Samrat asks him to come out saying that he want to see the sherwani. He thinks that he will kill Mohit if Ishani is with him then. Mohit comes out of the changing room. Samrat checks the changing room but no one is there. Nayantara comes out of the another changing room wearing lehenga and asks that how she is looking. Samrat gets mesmerized seeing her. Nayantara recalls that how she entered another changing room and got lehenga from Mohit. She says that she know she is looking good.
Samrat leaves from there and sees Ishani. He goes to pay bill. Nayantara notices Prem there and waves at him. She thinks that Prem looks happy and hope his mother keeping him happy. Samrat asks her to collect the bags and come out. Prem mother’s saree fall on Samrat’s face. Samrat thinks that this perfume smell is similar but she can’t be in India and leaves from there.
Later, Nayantara tells Ishani that she know the latter is hurt seeing Mohit and Aliya together. Ishani tells her that Mohit decided with whom he want to spend his life so it’s time waste to think about it.
On the other hand, Mohit gets emotional after seeing his photos with Ishani. He recalls the moments he shared with her. He tells himself that he lost his love and cries. Nayantara tells him that she caught him red-handed. She asks him that why he is marrying Aliya if he don’t love her then. He thinks that he can’t stay away from Ishani and Nayantara will help him. She tells him that Ishani is suffering too. He tells her that he will tell the truth.
Samrat comes there and gets angry seeing the photos. He tells Nayantara that he know she is trying to change Mohit’s mind. Nayantara tells him that what can she do when Mohit love Aliya. He thinks that he can’t trust her. She wonders that why Samrat is forcing Mohit for marriage. He informs her that today Aliya’s mehndi ritual will happen and he takes her to hospital.
In the hospital, Samrat warns Nayantara to not make any mistake and apply mehndi well. He tells her to write ‘M’ on Aliya’s hand. He goes out to talk on a call. Nurse brings hot water and she spills it on Aliya’s leg by mistake. Aliya screams and thinks that she can’t even say anything now. Nurse examines Aliya and tells Nayantara that Aliya is fine. Nayantara asks Nurse that if Aliya screamed. Nurse nods at her.
Nayantara asks her that why Aliya felt sensation. Doctor tells her that it’s possible in few cases. Nayantara questions her. Doctor scolds her and leaves from there. Nayantara thinks that doctor is lying and she follows her. She sees Revati giving money to doctor. She asks Revati that why the latter gave money to doctor. Revati tells her that that’s doctor fees and scolds her. Nayantara thinks that something is fishy for sure.

Precap – Samrat, Revati and Aliya celebrates their success. Nayantara records that and she confronts Samrat. Samrat locks Nayantara on Revati’s behest. Ishani searches Nayantara.
