Episode begins with Ahana asks Rudraksh to change his dress saying his T-shirt filled with blood and gives him another dress. Balraj says he is happy with Ahana for taking care of Rudraksh because he thought she would be angry on him for his behavior towards Niketan. Ahana says Niketan did wrong by kidnapping Saaransh and won’t forgive him ever. Balraj says he will make sure that Niketan doesn’t get bail for the crimes he did. Nurse asks Rudraksh to take blood test and says someone would have drugged him that his body is not accepting the treatment and they blood as soon as possible. Balraj says he will try in other places for blood. Ahana tells Balraj that they didn’t inform Preesha’s family yet, they deserve to know about Preesha and Saaransh. She says she will call and inform them. Mishka says Ahana crossing the limits. Ahana says Gopal is not well already and if he gets to know about Preesha and Saaransh then his condition will get worse that’s why she is doing this. Ahana calls Vasudha and tells her that she have bad news for her. Vasudha asks what happened. Ahana says Preesha was shot while trying to save Saaransh. Vasudha starts to cry, seeing that Yuvraj takes the mobile from her and starts to scold Ahana. He shocks knowing Saaransh in a critical condition and angrily asks who shot Preesha. She asks him to reach city hospital and cuts the call.

Gopal sees Vasudha crying and asks what happened to Preesha. He asks them to take him to Preesha. Vasudha says his health condition is not good and he needs rest. Yuvraj says he will take Vasudha with him to hospital and asks Gopal to take rest at home. Rudraksh thinks what will he do if his blood group didn’t match with Saaransh. Nurse informs them that Rudraksh blood group matched with Saaransh and takes him with her for blood donation. Balraj, Ahana and Mishka shocks hearing that. Ahana says it’s so strange that Rudraksh blood group matched with Saaransh even though it’s very rare blood group.
Vasudha and Yuvraj reaches the hospital. Rudraksh asks Nurse about Saaransh’s condition. Nurse says he is out of danger now and Rudraksh saved him by donating his blood. Rudraksh asks Nurse about Preesha. Nurse says Preesha is in a critical condition and it’s getting worse, she says Preesha not responding for any treatment. Rudraksh, Vasudha and Ahana shocks hearing that. Vasudha prays to God to save Preesha.
Rudraksh thinks only Saaransh can save Preesha now and takes him to Preesha’s operation theatre. He tells Doctor that if she gets to know that Saaransh is fine then she will be fine too. He tells Preesha that he can’t handle Saaransh alone so she have to come back and makes her hold Saaransh’s hand. He gets happy seeing Preesha responding. Yuvraj scolds Rudraksh for taking Saaransh inside the operation theatre. Vasudha thanks Rudraksh for saving Preesha. Yuvraj goes with Saaransh to take care of him in normal ward.
