Episode begins with Doctor says Saaransh’s head injury healed completely. Rudraksh asks him about his legs. Doctor says his leg fracture will healed soon also he is kid so it won’t take much time and tells him to proceed the discharge. Saaransh and Rudraksh gets happy hearing that. Rudraksh brings Saaransh in wheel chair.
Saaransh gets happy seeing welcome board and decorations. He thanks Rudraksh for this surprise. Rudraksh says he was in the hospital with him and he is not behind this surprise. Balraj says who arranged this surprise that’s not matters and asks did he liked it. Sharda tells him to guess the person. Balraj tells Saaransh that he will get whatever he wants from now on.
Saaransh, Ahana, Mishka shocks with his behaviour. Saaransh says he liked all the toys Balraj bought for him and tells him to play with him. Ahana asks Mishka that what happened to Balraj suddenly and she is not understanding anything. Mishka says now Preesha ‘s black magic working on Balraj too. Balraj says he doesn’t know to play with these toys so Saaransh has to teach him. Saaransh nods at him. Preesha says now Saaransh needs rest and he can play later. Rudraksh takes him from there.
Ahana asks Balraj that what happened to him suddenly because earlier he could not tolerate Saaransh in this house but now hugging him and decorating house for his welcome and all. Balraj says he feels he did wrong with Saaransh so he is trying to rectify his mistakes that’s it. She shocks hearing him. Preesha asks Saaransh about his pain and says they are getting late for his online class. She asks what Mahima doing in early morning. Mahima says she wants to help Saaransh to get ready for his online class if he gives permission then. Saaransh says Mahima can help.
Mahima helps him happily (Title song plays in the background). Preesha adores them and thanks God saying her sister is happy finally and Saaransh accepting her. Preesha makes Saaransh’s favorite cookies and goes to his room and wonders where he went. She comes out and sees Saaransh playing with Mahima. Saaransh calls Mahima as his mother which makes her happy and thanks Preesha for cookies.
Rudraksh who came there to give medicines to Saaransh hears him. Saaransh refuses to eat the tablets and Preesha, Rudraksh tries to convince him. Mahima tells Saaransh to eat cookies first and tells Preesha that she mixed tablets in the cookies. Preesha informs that to Rudraksh and says Saaransh also happy with Mahima now. Rudraksh says no matter what he won’t give Saaransh to Mahima.
Yuvraj calls Preesha and reminds her about Mahima’s appointment. Preesha informs about her appointment to Mahima. Mahima who will take care of Saaransh then. Rudraksh says he is here for his son. Doctor tells Preesha that Mahima improved a lot and becoming normal. Preesha gets happy hearing him and says Mahima spending time with Saaransh.
Mahima explains everything to Vasudha and gives all credit to Preesha. Gopal says Mahima is happy and asks how Preesha feels now. Preesha says Mahima has rights on her child and she is happy seeing them happy. Preesha says everyone can stay together. Rudraksh says Mahima is here to take Saaransh then how can they stay together.
