Episode begins with doctor calls Mahima and tells her that the latter will need sonography report. She asks Mahima to bring Arjun to hospital and says she will give another patient’s sonography report to her. She reminds her about money. She decides to give Kaashvi’s report to Mahima. Mahima tells Arjun to cancel the meeting which he has in the evening. She informs him that they have to go to hospital for sonography test. Arjun cancels his meeting. Mahima thinks that she can do whatever she wants using this pregnancy.
On the other hand, Dadi gets happy that Kaashvi is pregnant. She asks Kaashvi that if the latter told about it to Arjun. Kaashvi tells her that she is not sure. Dadi tells her that this is Arjun’s child and he deserves to know the truth. Kaashvi tells her that she will think about it. She informs her that she is going to hospital for sonography test.
After some time, Arjun and Mahima reaches the hospital. Kaashvi comes there. Arjun sees her and follows her ( Title song plays in the background ). He thinks that he won’t let Kaashvi get separated from him. He gets shocked seeing someone else. He tells himself that, he really saw Kaashvi. Mahima asks him that what happened. He tells her that he saw Kaashvi. She tells him to understand his priority. He tells her that it’s important for him to apologize to Kaashvi. She tells him that her child is important for her so she will go alone for sonography test. He tells her that it’s his child too so he will accompany her. Kaashvi gets her sonography report.
Mahima and Arjun meets doctor. Doctor takes Mahima inside and shows Kaashvi’s sonography to her. She tells Arjun that baby is healthy. She says that Mahima is one month pregnant. She gives Kaashvi’s sonography report to Arjun. Arjun thinks that he has to take few difficult decisions.
Kaashvi decides to tell Arjun about her pregnancy. Next day, Kaashvi reaches Bajwa house. She gets confused seeing the decorations. She enters the house. She gets shocked seeing Arjun in groom place. She thinks that now she can’t tell about the child to Arjun. And Arjun moved on in his life and leaves from there without seeing Mahima’s face. Arjun fills Vermillion on Mahima’s forehead. And he ties nuptial chain on Mahima’s neck. Kaashvi tells herself that she won’t let her baby miss her father.
8 months later
Dadi tells Kaashvi to not do work. She wonders why Arjun married someone else. Kaashvi screams in labour pain. Dadi calls for an ambulance. Meanwhile, Mahima thinks that it’s been 9 months still Arjun did not get to know that she is faking her pregnancy. Romila helps Mahima to hide her fake belly. He tells Mahima that Kaashvi is pregnant.
