In the current track, Karun asks God to not kill Mahima. He goes to Kaashvi and asks her about her injuries. Kaashvi tries to explain him that she is fine. He puts bandage on her and kisses on it to reduce her pain.
Geetika informs Mahima that Simran is getting treated. She asks her to leave from there before Kaashvi and Arjun sees the latter. Kaashvi learns that Karun came with his mother. Nurse informs Kaashvi that Simran regained her consciousness. Kaashvi goes to meet Simran. Simran tries to tell the truth to Kaashvi, but she slips into coma. Doctor tells about Simran’s condition to Kaashvi. Geetika hears this and gets happy.
Mahima lies to Arjun that she has stomach ache. She takes Karun from there. Geetika blames Kaashvi for Simran’s suicide attempt. Kaashvi shows Simran’s message to Police inspector. Police arrests Geetika and Harman. Later, Geetika informs Mahima about their arrest. She tells her to kill Simran. Mahima decides to kill Simran.
In the upcoming episode, Simran will tell Kaashvi that the latter’s baby is alive still. Mahima will try to kill Simran. Kaashvi will come there with police.
