Kartik and Naira are heading in to the court while a sad song plays. They open the door. They imagine Kairav in front of them. He tells them I will not you in. Naira says that they have already suffered coming here in the past. Does it have to be repeated all over again? Do they have to go inside? Kartick says do not take Kairav away from him. Naira says she wants to take Kairav away from this city and not away from him. Kartick says both are same. If she promises that she will not take away Kairav, he will consider her request. Naira cries recalling Vedika’s words. She asks Kartick to go in. The song continues. They can imagine Kairav asking them to stp fighting. Both Kartick Naira hold Kairav and asks him to stay with them.
The hearing starts. Mr Kumar says Kairav is too young and has always been with his mother so his custody should be given to Naira. Naira does not have any objection for kartick visiting his son but she does not agree that Kartick has equal rights on taking important decision regarding Kairav’life.
