In today’s episode, Akshara calls out Abhir. Abhinav and Goenkas visit the hospital. Abhinav asks Abhir not to worry as he is with him. Akshara holds Abhimanyu’s collar and asks how Abhir got critical in his presence. She claim Abhimanyu accused them for not being good parents than how Abhir losing his breathe in his presence. Akshara says Abhimanyu keeps asking right on Abhir than how Abhir got critical. She asks Abhimanyu to answer. Manjiri cries. Shefali console Manjiri. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to speak up. Anand asks Abhimanyu, Akshara to stop fighting. He says Abhir’s reports are poor and they need to do surgery else they might lose the kid. Akshara and Abhinav stands stunned.
Anand asks Abhimanyu to respond. Abhimanyu asks Rohan to call the other doctor and prepare for the surgery. Akshara says they are not ready for the surgery. She says even Abhir is not ready, she sit stunned. Manjiri cries for Abhir. Arohi asks Manjiri to relax as nothing will happen to Abhir.
Kairav says everyone has made the joke of Abhir. He confronts Manjiri for claiming Abhinav is poor. Kairav says because of Manjiri and Abhimanyu, Abhir is in trouble. He says Manjiri raised the question on Abhinav and Akshara’s upbringing. Kairav says Manjiri and Abhimanyu have risked Abhir’s life. Manish says to Kairav that it is a tough time. Kairav says he won’t spare Abhimanyu and Manjiri if anything will happen to Abhir. Ruhi asks Arohi about Abhir. She asks if she can come to see Abhir. Arohi asks Ruhi not to worry as Abhimanyu will not let anything happen to Abhir.
Rohan informs Abhimanyu that Amit is unavailable for the surgery. Goenkas and Birlas stands shocked. Nurse informs Abhimanyu that Abhir’s health is worsening. Akshara and Abhimanyu runs to check Abhir. Abhinav breaks down. Manish console Abhinav. Akshara asks Abhir not to worry as she is with him. Abhimanyu apologize to Abhir. Arohi asks Abhimanyu if no doctor available, he is a surgeon and should perform the surgery. Abhimanyu says being Abhir’s father he can’t. Arohi says Abhinav is Abhir’s father. She asks Abhimanyu to do his job. Abhinav pleads Abhimanyu to save Abhir. He bows down in front of Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu gets ready to perform the surgery. Akshara gives to Abhimanyu the card made by Abhir. Abhimanyu along with Rohan, Arohi performs the surgery.
Abhimanyu remembers his moment with Abhir. He hesitates do the surgery. Abhimanyu imagines Abhir asking him to save. Abhimanyu stands stunned. Arohi asks Abhimanyu if she is fine. Abhimanyu steps back. Arohi asks Abhimanyu to start the surgery else his health will deteriorate.
Kairav says to Akshara that he got a football for Abhir. He plans to take everyone’s wish on the football once Abhir gets well. Akshara stands stunned. Manjiri hugs Akshara. Arohi stands shocked seeing Akshara and Manjiri. Manish and Swarna asks Arohi about Abhir. [Episode Ends]
