Episode begins with all the Goenka family and Maheshwari family arrived at the hospital to meet Kairav. Naksh is talking to Naira when Kairav asks who is Naira here? Naira tells Kairav that it is her name. Kairav asks Naira that in Goa everyone used to address you as Tina then why all are calling you Naira here? Naksh says because Naira is her name. Suhasini taunts Naira and says Naira is her real name while Tina is a name she used to escape from there. Karthik gets annoyed with this thing but Naira gets upset but Naksh manages the situation. Dr come to check Kairav and he asks the doctor that he is not liking to be in hospital and he wants to go home. Doctor says that they will release him but after one or two weeks. Kind of gets upset and says still so many days I have to stay here.Manish and Naksh tries to make him understand that they will take him home soon as he recovers but Kairav doesn’t listen to them. Kairav starts to shout and says I want my mother by my side. Naira comes and sits beside him and ask him what is the issue? Kairav says he doesn’t want to stay at the hospital as he is not liking it and he wants to go home early. Naira tells him that I teach you something right? what did I don’t you that after good times there always comes a tough times as well. And during tough times how should one behave? Kairav replied with excitement that like a tiger. Naira says and how does a tiger roar? Kairav immitiates a tiger roll and Naira asks him to calm down.
Days are passed and janmashtami came and both the families are preparing for the festival at their respective house. the discharge date of kind of happened to be on the same date when the janmashtami arrives. Hence, Naira made a dress for Kairav like she does every year. She shows the dress to Naksh and says every year I used to prepare him like Lord Krishna and do the pooja as per the rituals of both the families and she shows him a video. Naksh asks Naira to go to hospital and bring Kairav home meanwhile he will prepare for the necessary things in the house.
On the other hand, Kartik and his entire family is present at the hospital and they prepare Kairav like Lord Kanha and Suhasini says that Kairav has to enter the house in an auspicious moment. Kairav keep on asking about Naira. Swarna tells the family to wait for nairas arrival before going out with Kairav. Kartik tells them to go ahead and he will manage the rest. Naira comes to the ward and gets shocked to see someone else is there and not Kairav.
The nurse gave her a letter and says that Karthik has left it for you. She reads the letter where it is written that they are taking Kairav with them to Goenka Villa. In Goenka Villa, Suhasini welcomes Kairav in a grand way. Naira is also on her way to reach Goenka Villa. Kairav again asks for Naira and Suhashini gets annoyed. They welcome Kairav home, while Vansh feel outlet and Gayu can feel his mindset. Suhashini is feeding Kairav Kheer when Naira reaches the doorstep and Kairav gets happy to see his mother. He runs to Naira when she also enters the house first time after 5 years to stop Kairav from running. Kairav asks her where she is as he is missing her and shows her his dress. Naira sends off Kairav with Vansh inside the house and confronts Kartik about bringing Kairav home without informing her. Kartik says I did what you did earlier, Naira says he is my son and I am his mother and I will not go if you would not have doubted me and my loyalty. Naira says I am not disapproving your rights as a father so better you don’t try to do the same.
