Episode begins with Naira and Kartik argument over the custody case of Kairav. Naira pleads to Kartik not to drag it to the court as it will be not good and she begs in front of him. Kartik says why shouldn’t I do it? Naira says you are not understanding but it will only make the situation worse and nothing else. Kartik says ok I am ready to settle the scores but you have to give me in writing that you will not take away my kid from me. Give me in writing that you will not do it and I will not drag this matter to the court. Naira says have I ever stopped you from meeting your own son and you can come and meet him whenever you want and wherever you want but he will stay with me because I am his mother. Kartik says I know you are his mother but I will not let you take away my kids away from me like that. Naira says I will not let anyone take away my son away from me. You are not getting it Kartik, we have to leave or else it will be not good for your marriage. Kartik says I will take care of it as it is my problem. You just can not take away my son away from me. Naira says with whom he will stay? Who will be with him here and who will take care of him? Here his father has someone else in his life. Kartik says don’t drag my marriage in between I will manage that.
On the other hand, Vedika is thinking that what if Naira tells them about me being the primary reason behind her step. She is taking away Kairav from here and filed for divorce on my insists. She thinks if that occurs then Kartik will not let me go away easily and moreover there will be no fruit of taking so much efforts. My life will be uncertain still. Kartik says I love my son but I am not blind I know how much he needs his mother, he can still live without his father but can not live without his mother at all. The connection you share with him is much more close and intimate which can never be the same with me.
He says I am not snatching away your rights but asking for my legal rights. He says this is why I will fight the battle in a legal way and the discussion regarding this ends here. Naira gets upset while Gayu says if Kairav stay with his mother then the legal rights should belong to Naira only as she is the mother. Naira and Kartik asks their family members to hire the best possible lawyer they can for the case as both of them are right at their place and wants to win the battle. Naira says I know Kartik is not asking something wrong but even I am obliged to do it as I have no other option left. She takes promises Naksh that he will hire the best person possible for the whole thing. Naksh and Goenkas both fixes an appointment with the same lawyer Damini and wants to hire her for the case. Suhashini says dragging the matter to court will make the situation much worse and complicated further.
