At the beginning of the episode, the hospital patient brings Abhimanyu to the party venue. Neil welcomes them all. Akshara secretly sees Abhimanyu and wants Abhimanyu to like this party. Whereas Aarohi thanks Harsh for giving her a chance to work in Birla Hospital. Harsh advises her to concentrate on the work and forget the past. Here Neil praises Abhimanyu. He calls him a good doctor and son. Harsh tells his brother that Abhimanyu is very happy. He adds that he was very sad because of Akshara. If he sees Akshara again with his son, he will not leave her. Harsh’s brother tells him not to pay attention to these things.
Further, some children perform a dance for Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu imagines that he is dancing with Akshara. Abhimanyu thinks that Akshara is not with him but still he feels that she is near him. He is about to see Akshara but Akshara hides. Dance performances also end. Manjari thanks Akshara as Abhimanyu has smiled because of her. Here Akshara starts crying. Neil comes there.
Akshara tells him that Abhimanyu can see her so why did he make her dance. Neil tells her that there were some changes in the last moment so it happened. He leaves from there saying this. Akshara thinks that it is good that at least the smile is back on Abhi’s face. Next, Neil welcomes a special person on the stage. Harsh wants to see who this could be. Further, he gets shocked seeing Manjari.
Akshara says that Abhimanyu would not have even imagined what would happen today. Manjari recalls how Akshara encouraged her to sing a song. So that Abhimanyu’s wish to listen to his mother’s song is fulfilled. Next Manjari starts singing the song. Abhimanyu gets happy. He remembers Akshara. Neil thanks Akshara seeing the happiness on Abhimanyu’s face. Abhimanyu goes to his mother and hugs her.
Ahead he goes to Neil. Abhimanyu tells Neil that he has made his birthday special. He adds that this idea cannot be his, then whose help did he take. Neil is shocked to hear this. He leaves from there making an excuse. Later Manjari advises Abhimanyu that he should always keep smiling. Next, he cuts the cake. Akshara wishes that Abhimanyu should move on in his life and be happy. Here Aarohi also thinks to wish him a birthday with Red Rose. However, she remembers Harsh and picks White Rose instead of Red Rose and goes to Abhimanyu. At the same time, Abhimanyu hears Akshara’s voice and he is about to see her but Neil saves Akshara.
Precap: Harsh scolds Manjari for singing the song. Riya comes to Abhimanyu’s cabin. She tries to approach him. Abhimanyu tells her that he loves someone else so she should not try to come near her.
