The episode begins with Naira is trying to message Pallavi but instead, she messaged Karthik in his phone and informs about Kairav ill health. Kartik gets shocked to see a message from Naira and things why will Kairav’s mom be messaging him today? He is going to check the message when Samarth comes to call him for the wedding and asks him to get ready. On the other hand, Vedika is ready for her wedding with Kartik and all the ladies are complimenting her. Kartik finally sees the message and thinks about Kairav and gets restless. Naira here is asking the doctor about that surgeon arrival and also shows concern about Kairav health. The junior doctor informs Naira we are suspecting a complication but not sure about it so until the surgeon comes we are not sure.
Kartik comes to Vedika room and is about to enter when Suhashini stops him and takes him aside. Karthik informs Suhasini that Kairav is hospitalized so he has to go there to check on him as he is getting restless for his whereabouts. Suhasini tells Kartik that today is his wedding and on that day he is talking about going out of the house living he would be wife alone. This is ethically not right and she will not permit him to do this. Karthik says he will be back as soon as possible but until he sees Kairav with his own eyes, he will not get peace.
In the hospital, Lisa is asking Noida to call Karthik as he knows the surgeon and only he can manage the situation. Naira locks herself in a room and cries and complains to God why he is punishing Kairav for Nyra’s activities? She cries and says my baby is very little to bear all this pain and suffering please cure him with your blessings and I will go far from here, away from Kartik’s life. Naira wipes her tears and comes out of the room when Lisa takes her aside. She tells him that everything is clear in front of our eyes but in your stubbornness if you don’t want to see the obvious truth then and there cannot be any solution for this. Kairav wants his father and you are punishing him for no reason. She says whatever is not in our hands leave it to destiny but what is in your control you can fix that for good.
In the Goenka Villa, housemates gather in front of Naira’s garland picture and pray for her blessings for a new beginning to Karthik and Vedika’s life. Akhilesh, find the whole happening horrible as he knows Naira is alive. Naira pays attention to Liza’s words and thinks that she should have confessed to Karthik about the reality for Kairav’s well being. Vedika comes in the marriage venue and all compliments her. Vansh goes to call Kartik and informs the housemates that Kartik is not in the house. Liza comes out and sees Naira is taking a can and she feels relieved. Vedika says I can see this is coming and runs from the venue when she sees Kartik is standing in front. Swarna comes forward and says she wants to talk to Kartik in solitude while Naira says I will not think about anything else but for my child’s happiness and she unveils herself.
Precap – Kartik reaches the hospital and goes to save Kairav’s mom and finds out it to be Naira.
