In the upcoming episode of star plus popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Javeri will ask Trisha to come to witness box and portray her as a cunning, ambitious young woman who has filed a fake case for money. He will insist on her poverty and the fact that she was raised in an orphanage but with big dreams of opening a dance academy which requires huge amount of money. Trisha will start feeling abused and cries. Javeri will tell judge that his clients are innocent.
Shivani will argue that there is no proof of their innocence but they have a witness. Everyone is shocked as Balloon wala was brought to court. Shivani will request permission to present the witness and apologize for not giving prior notice as they just found him.
Judge will allow it inspite of Javeri’s protest. Khush will panic seeing the guy but Abhishek will calm down as his father will take care of it.
Trisha will narrate incident once again and Witness will vouch the fact that Trisha had indeed collided with him on that day followed by these guys. He remember holding Abhishek’s collar and asking for money for damaging his balloons in their hurry to chase her. He will say that Abhishek gave him 500 rs and again started running after the girl.
However Javeri will turn the tables and present the witness in such a way that he can’t be believed. Naira will plead to Judge to give a fair decision as neither of the party to prove their case with solid evidence. Judge will give Naira comtempt of court for speaking up without permission but agree to give another date for hearing.
