The episode starts with Kavya arguing with Raj. Raj reminds Kavya that he didn’t want to marry her. Kavya reminds Raj that God made them as a pair. Kavya says to Raj that they have to compromise saying this is life. Raj says to Kavya that he can’t make a compromise. Kavya argues with Raj about their relationship. Kavya after talking to Raj understands that Raj will never accept her as his wife. Kavya says to Raj that she has decided to stop this life journey with him. Kavya says to Raj that she has decided to separate from him today.
Sitaramayya recalls Kavya and Raj’s conversation while coming downstairs. Sitaramayaa slips and falls down the stairs. All the family members worry about Sitaramayya. Raj helps Sitaramayya sit on the sofa. Indira asks Sitaramayya what happened? Sitaramayya says he is fine and says he just felt dizzy. Kavya suggests Shubash to take Sitaramayya to the doctor. Shubash agrees.
Shubash and Raj take Sitaramayya to the hospital. Shubash worries about Sitaramayya.
The doctor asks Shubash and Raj if he felt like this before. Raj and Shubash say never before. The doctor says to Raj and Shubash that Sitaramayya has blood cancer and the cancer is at final stage. Raj asks the doctor if it’s curable. The doctor says they are not sure taking Sitaramayya’s age into consideration. The doctor says to Raj that Sitaramayya might only live for 3 months. Raj requests the doctor to hide this truth from Sitaramayya. Raj says to Shubash that they should also hide this truth from the family so that atleast Sitaramayya will be happy befor he dies.
Shubash and Raj bring Sitaramayya to the house. Indira asks Sitaramayya what did the doctor say? Shubash says Raj talked with the doctor. Raj says to his family that everything is fine.
Raj and Indira send Sitaramayya to his room. Raj questions Kavya why is she still here? Kavya says to Raj that she stayed here thinking about Sitaramayya and says it’s not right to leave at this time. Raj makes a comment on Kavya.
Raj comes to Sitaramayya. Sita ramayya says to Raj that he heard his and doctor’s conversation. Sitaramayya says to Raj that he is worried about his and Kavya’s relationship. Sitaramayya requests Raj to make a promise that he will take care of Kavya really well. Raj decides to act like he is good with Kavya until Sitaramayya stays alive. Raj promises Sitaramayya that he will take care of Kavya.

Precap:- Raj asks Kavya to give him 3 more months. Kavya hopes that Raj will change at this time. Raj thinks he is just doing it for his grandfather and says he can never accept Kavya as his wife.
