The episode starts with Dua saying to Haider that she said to him that Hina called her for help. She can’t help her. She won’t allow anything happen to her. Haider asks the doctor to check her. Dua says to her that she fell from the window. Haider asks her to save Hina. She asks him to pray for her. Dua asks Haider to sit there. Everything will be alright. He says that the doctor asked him to pray for her. Dua assures him that nothing will happen to her. Kaynaat regrets mistreating her mom. Hameeda hugs her and consoles her. Haider and Ruhan recalled their moments with Hina. He regrets hurting his mom. He said to Dua that he knew well that Hina had done a sin. But he did the sin to her too. Whatever she did to him, she is his mother. He is the reason for everything. Dua asks him to control his emotions. Ruhan prays for Hina’s recovery. Rahat says to Dadi that Hina did many wrong things but she is good from her heart. Hafeez asks Kaynaat to drink water. She shouldn’t fall sick. Dadi says that she can’t even get angry at Hina. Why did she go to the wrong side? She didn’t even think about her children.

Ruhan asks her if she is going to kidnap him again and asks his brother to kill him. She pushes her off from the window. He won’t leave her today. Haider stops him and says that it’s not proven yet. Gazal thanked Haider for saving her. He says to her that he stopped him because he didn’t want to see him dirty his hand by touching her. His mom taught him not to raise his hand on a woman. If he learns that she is behind his mom’s seat. He will kill her with his own hands. Gazal thinks that Hina shouldn’t survive or else he won’t leave her. Dua prays for Hina. The doctor informs Haider that Hina is in a critical state. Gazal hears it and is happy. Ruhan notices it. Gazal fears that he has heard her thoughts. She ignores him. He threatens to kill her. He says that he was waiting to see Hina’s death. Gazal says that she is Gazal Haider Akhthar. She isn’t scared of her. Ruhan says that Haider is going to divorce her, so he stops mentioning her as Akhthar’s family. He stops her from slapping him. The doctor says to Haider that they have to pray for Hina’s recovery.
