The episode starts with Manorama opens the door and finds Shiv at her doorstep. Manorama asks Shiv what is he doing here. Shiv says he came here to meet Shakti. Manorama says to Shiv that from today onwards nobody of their family will have any contact with Kashyap family. Manorama says to Shiv that this decision is not hers alone and says Mandira also said to her that nobody of his family will come to Sharma Sadan. Shiv says to Manorama that he came here to thank Shakti. Shiv tries to explain to Manorama what really happened but Manorama closes the door on Shiv’s face.
Rimjim says to Koyal that she would like to meet Keertan. Koyal doesn’t agree to it and humiliates Rimjim. Koyal throws Rimjim out of her doorstep. Mandira catches Rimjim and scolds Koyal for behaving rudely with Rimjim. Mandira says to Koyal that Rimjim is about to be their daughter in law and it’s wrong to behave with her like this. Rimjim gets on her knees and thanks Mandira for accepting her.
Shakti asks Manorama if Shiv came here. Manorama says Shiv came here to thank her and she doesn’t know the reason for it.
Shiv comes into Shakti’s room through the window and falls on Shakti.
Keertan comes to Rimjim and Mandira. Keertan asks Mandira to send Rimjim away. Mandira asks Keertan not to take out his anger over Manorama and Shakti onto Rimjim.
Mandira later clarifies to Rimjim that they came to their house with the marriage proposal for Shiv and Shakti not for her and Keertan. Rimjim decides to clear the confusion by talking to her family. Rimjim also confirms that Mandira accepted Rimjim as her daughter in law and she feels elated.
Mandira says to Rimjim that her family will never be able to forget the insult they faced in their house. Mandira says to Rimjim that she needs to listen to her to get their families back together . Rimjim says she is ready to do anything what ever she says. Mandira tells Rimjim what she has to do. Mandira also gifts bangles to Rimjim and accepts Rimjim as her daughter in law. Rimjim later leaves from there.
Shiv thanks Shakti as she said no to the marriage with him. Shiv later clarifies to Shakti that his family brought marriage proposal for Shiv and Shakti not for Keertan and Rimjim. Manorama overhears this and scolds herself for her behaviour. Manorama thinks her dream came true as Shiv and Shakti are going into the same house as daughter in laws. Shiv says to Manorama that Shiv and Shakti will never get married as they are just friends. Manorama asks Shiv what’s wrong with Shakti. Shiv says there is nothing wrong with Shakti but he is not good enough for Shakti. Manorama tries to convince Shiv to agree to marriage with Shakti but Shiv makes Manorama swear in him and ends the topic.
Shakti later says to Shiv agar she doesn’t think Mandira and Keertan will accept Shakti. Rimjim comments on Shakti. Rimjim says to Shakti that Mandira has accepted Rimjim as her daughter in law and presented these bangles as gift. Rimjim says she will not stand anyone insulting her fiance or his family. Rimjim leaves from there.
Shiv asks Shakti why is Rimjim behaving like this. Shakti says it’s happens from time to time. Shiv asks Shakti to patch up with Rimjim.
Mandira explains to Keertan that Shiv and Shakti will get married and Shiv will leave Shakti the same day that she gets married. Mandira says to Keertan that he can get Shakti only after that.
