The episode starts with Lakshmi escaping from the doctor. Ayush beats up the doctor. It is shown outside the mental asylum, the reporters report that there is fraud going on in the mental asylum.
Lakshmi says to Ayush that she would like to punch the doctor as the doctor shocked her. Ayush holds the doctor while Lakshmi uses the doctor as a punching bag.
Ayush later comes to Balwinder and asks Balwinder what is going on here. Ayush asks Bani to record everything. Bani agrees. Balwinder admits that he tried to sell Lakshmi to Wilson and the doctor is also involved in it. Ayush asks Balwinder if Rano is involved in their plan.
Wilson takes the gun and fires a round into the air. Bani drops the phone. Balwinder says Malishka is involved in this plan but Bani just hears Balwinder murmuring something. Wilson says he will take Lakshmi no matter what. The cops shoots Wilson and the gun goes out of Wilson’s hand.
Rishi says to the cops that Balwinder, doctor, and Wilson are involved in this human trafficking incident.
Ayush pours water over Balwinder and asks Balwinder who is involved in this plan. Balwinder says nobody is involved. The cops take Balwinder and the rest of them away from there.
Lakshmi praises Rishi as her superhero. Malishka waits for a call from Balwinder. Karishma comforts Malishka and says she doesn’t need to worry about Rishi.
Sonia says to Malishka and Karishma that there is news about Rishi in the breaking news.
In the breaking news, it is reported that there is a human trafficking racket going on in the city mental asylum and Lakshmi has become prey to this human trafficking but Rishi came and saved Lakshmi from the human traffickers and he caught Balwinder, Wilson, and the doctor red handed. Neelam and Karishma seeing the news feel proud of Rishi. Malishka feels upset as her plan failed. Malishka worries about Balwinder and Doctor spilling the beans about her to the police.
Rishi and Lakshmi ride on a bike. Lakshmi says to Rishi how she is feeling after she came out of the mental asylum.
Ayush decides to charge his phone in his home and hopes that all of Balwinder’s confession is recorded as his phone was switched off.
Rishi stops the bike and says to Lakshmi that today he nearly lost her and comments on it.
Rano worries about Balwinder framing her. Neha asks Rano why is he looking worried. Rano tells her the whole story and shares her worries with Neha.
Rishi says to Lakshmi that they will never be separated no matter who tries to separate them.
