The episode starts with the nurse saying to Lakshmi that she can go to Rishi. Lakshmi asks the doctor if she can go to Rishi right away. The nurse says she will first go and talk to the doctor about it. Lakshmi agrees. The nurse leaves from there.
Sonal calls Malishka. Malishka complaints to Sonal that Neelam and Karishma had suspected that Rishi had been kidnapped and Neelam was about to call the commissioner but she stopped her with a lot of difficulty. Sonal feels relieved hearing this. Sonal asks Malishka if she is returning home. Malishka says she will not return home until Balwinder tells her the work is done. Sonal agrees. Malishka thinks she needs to tell Neelam and Karishma about her plan and thinks they might praise her.
Ayush suspects that the message last night might not be sent by Rishi. Ayush suspects Rishi might have gotten into trouble.
Rishi calls the news reporter and says he has a breaking news for him. The news reporter thanks Rishi.
Ayush runs into Shalu and Bani. Ayush says to Shalu and Bani what happened. Bani suggests Ayush to call Rishi again. Ayush calls Rishi. Rishi picks up the phone call. Rishi says to Ayush that he is fine. Ayush asks Rishi why did he send the message last night. Rishi says he hasn’t sent any message last night. Rishi’s phone gets switched off.
Ayush, Shalu, and Bani think who need their help. Rishi or Lakshmi and who is in trouble.
Lakshmi gets surprised seeing Balwinder in the mental asylum. Lakshmi asks Wilson to catch Balwinder. Balwinder and Wilson laugh at Lakshmi.
Rishi tries to break down the door and get out of the warehouse. It is shown Rishi regains consciousness and overhears Balwinder talking to Wilson over the phone.
Neelam decides to call the commissioner as she is tired of waiting for Rishi’s call. Malishka comes to Neelam and Karishma. Malishka says to Karishma and Neelam that Rishi might have gone to save Lakshmi. Harleen comes and says to Neelam and Karishma that Ayush lied to them about Rishi meeting foreign clients. Neelam worries about Rishi hearing this.
Shalu asks Ayush what is in this injection. Ayush says there is truth serum in this injection and they will know everything once they inject this to that person.
Lakshmi asks the doctor to catch Balwinder as he is a bad guy. The doctor comments on it. Lakshmi thinks everyone is bad. Balwinder catches Lakshmi. Rishi comes to Balwinder and hits him. Wilson asks Balwinder who is Rishi. Rishi says he is Lakshmi’s life partner. Rishi comes to Wilson to beat him up but Wilson points a gun to Rishi. Rishi fights with Wilson. Rishi asks Lakshmi to escape from here. Lakshmi runs away. The doctor goes after Lakshmi.
Ayush comes and injects Balwinder with the truth serum. The doctor takes Lakshmi hostage and threatens Rishi that he will kill Lakshmi.
