The episode begins with Shalu telling Lakshmi that she should be with Ayush. She reminds Lakshmi that Ayush is in this condition because of her. Lakshmi asks Shalu to calm down, assuring her that everything will turn out for the best. Shalu then shares that she has good news for both Ayush and herself but wants to reveal it only after Ayush regains consciousness.
Just then, the nurse steps out of the operation theater. Shalu anxiously asks about Ayush’s condition. The nurse informs them that Ayush has lost a significant amount of blood and urgently needs a transfusion before leaving. Shalu becomes increasingly worried, but Lakshmi tries to comfort her.
Rishi and Malishka arrive, and Lakshmi updates Rishi about Ayush’s deteriorating condition. Rishi becomes deeply concerned for his cousin.
Meanwhile, Malishka meets Kiran, who questions why she hasn’t been answering her calls. Kiran excitedly tells Malishka that she has good news—Lakshmi will soon be out of Rishi’s life. She then reveals details about Lakshmi’s deal with Neelam. While talking, Kiran suddenly spots Jaya at the hospital. She then shocks Malishka by revealing that Lakshmi is pregnant. Stunned, Malishka listens as Kiran drags her away to discuss further.
Elsewhere, Karishma decides to reveal the truth to Rishi. However, Neelam stops her, urging her to listen first. Karishma agrees but sets a condition—Neelam must also listen to and understand her perspective. Neelam agrees.
Malishka, now panicked, wonders how Rishi will react once he learns that Lakshmi is pregnant. She fears he might leave her. Kiran reassures Malishka and suggests that Lakshmi must have known about her pregnancy before she could inform Rishi, which is why she hasn’t revealed it yet. Malishka asks Kiran how she knows for sure that Lakshmi is pregnant. In response, Kiran calls Jaya into the room.
Kiran then asks Jaya to explain why she gave her money. Jaya confesses that it was to prevent Garimacharya from telling Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. She further reveals that she distracted Garimacharya by injuring Maya. Malishka, still suspicious, asks how Garimacharya knew about Lakshmi’s pregnancy. Jaya explains that Garimacharya has the power to sense it simply by touching someone’s hand. Intrigued, Malishka asks if Garimacharya can also determine the exact day the baby was conceived. Jaya confirms it. Upon hearing this, Malishka insists that Jaya take her to Garimacharya and leaves immediately.
Meanwhile, Neelam brings Karishma into a room and makes a promise—she will ensure that Ayush and Shalu are separated after their marriage. Confused, Karishma asks why Neelam brought her there. Neelam then locks Karishma inside the room. Furious, Karishma makes a sharp remark about Neelam before managing to escape.
Karishma then turns the tables by locking Neelam in the same room. She tells Neelam that she will remain locked inside until she confesses everything to Rishi.
Determined, Karishma goes to Rishi to reveal the truth but learns that Ayush is in critical condition and urgently needs blood. Lakshmi steps forward to donate her blood. While Ayush is receiving treatment, he calls for Karishma. She rushes to his side and speaks to him before the doctor asks her to leave.
Meanwhile, Neelam manages to get out of the locked room with the help of a nurse. Karishma, overwhelmed with emotions, breaks down over Ayush’s condition. Rishi consoles her.
