The episode begins with Bhola feeling tired due to fever and falling down. Devi Parvati and others see this. Lord Narayan says earth is getting released from fever. Kartikeya says Mahadev’s shield got removed from the village. Brahmadev says this is Mahadev’s signal.
Meanwhile, Vaidya Vishwanath asks Bhola to open his eyes. He says he won’t forgive himself if anything happens to Bhola then. Devi Parvati and Devtas come there. Vaidya Vishwanath sees them. He blames himself for Bhola’s fever. Kartikeya tells Vaidya Vishwanath to stay away from Bhola. Devi Parvati tells Kartikeya that he doesn’t have the right to come in between the lord and the devotee.
Kartikeya tells her that a devotee should not cross the limits. He tells Vaidya Vishwanath that the latter got a son but failed to keep that son safe. He says devotees think they can ask whatever boon they want from the Lord. Ganesh asks Kartikeya to calm down.
Brahmadev asks Kartikeya how Vaidya Vishwanath can save Bhola. Lord Narayan says Bhola doesn’t need anyone’s protection. Devi Parvati says she is not able to see her husband in this condition. She asks Bhola to wake up and return to his Bholenaath’s form. She cries, and her tears fall on Bhola. Bhola wakes up. Devi Parvati asks him who is behind this plot. Bhola takes Jwarasur’s name.
On the other side, Kali takes Diti to Jwarasur’s hideout. Diti asks how Bhola reached Jwarasur. Kali tells Jwarasur that Bhola is Bholenaath. He says Bhola reached Jwarasur because he got a fever. He tells Jwarasur that Mahadev can’t reach the latter. Jwarasur nods at Kali and leaves from there.
Bhola transforms into Bholenaath (the Bum Bhole song plays in the background). Lord Narayan asks Bholenaath why the latter did not kill Jwarasur. Bholenaath says he could reach Jwarasur for a second only because he got a fever. And Jwarasur is Kali’s accomplice. Devi Parvati asks how fever’s growth decreased. She says she thought this was the end. Bholenaath tells her that this is the beginning. Devi Parvati asks him what will happen next. Bholenaath says earth will get affected completely.
Jwarasur spread fever in the swarglok. Kali tells himself that Mahadev can’t kill Jwarasur no matter what. And fever’s growth will increase. He orders Jwarasur to reach Indradev. Meanwhile, Indradev gets affected by Jwarasur. He wonders why he is in pain. He screams he won’t let anyone snatch his throne. Indrani comes there and tells him he needs treatment. Indradev tells her that it’s someone’s plot against him. Indrani tells him to take a rest. Indradev pushes her and leaves from there. Indrani gets worried.
Kali says Bholenaath failed to realize he is the future. And he did not play his last Trump card yet.
Indradev calls Bholenaath. He asks Bholenaath to come and see Devta’s condition. He says Tridev don’t care about Devtas. He asks where Shiv Shakti is.
Lord Narayan asks Bholenaath what the solution is. Bholenaath says the solution will come on time. He asks Devtas to go to their lok. Ganesh asks where Bholenaath will go. Bholenaath says he has to solve his father’s problem and smiles.
The episode ends.
