The episode begins with Kali says now everyone will suffer high fever. On the other side, Brahmadev says they should do something. Lord Narayan says they did not get a signal from Bholenaath, so they can’t do anything. Meanwhile, Vaidya Vishwanath tells Bhola that he was scared of this only. He gets worried that Bhola has a fever. He blames himself for Bhola’s fever. He asks Bhola what he should do. The villager learns Bhola has a fever and decides to alert the villagers about it. He informs the villagers that Bhola has a fever and Mata came on Bhola’s body too.
Devi Parvati decides to confront Bholenaath. She sits for meditation to talk to Bholenaath. She asks Bholenaath why he is keeping her away from him. Bholenaath tells her that they will be together till the end because they are Shiv Shakti. But he has to protect the world alone this time. He asks her to be patient.
On the other side, Diti thinks Bhola is not a normal kid. But she won’t lose in front of the kid because she is Asur Mata. She tries to eavesdrop on Bhola and Vaidya Vishwanath’s conversation. Bhola notices Diti and takes Bholenaath’s form. Diti gets shocked seeing this. She sees two Bholenaaths and says this is impossible. She runs from there. She sees Bholenaath everywhere. She asks him what kind of magic this is. She gets scared when all the villagers transform as Bholenaath. She gets surrounded by many Bholenaaths (the “Bum Bhole” song plays in the background). They move towards her. Diti screams, and it turns out to be her imagination. She wonders whether it was Maya or truth. She sees Vaidya Vishwanath treating Bhola. She goes to Kali and tells him that Bhola is Bholenaath. Kali says that’s impossible.
In the village, Bhola notices a fevergrowing on his body, and he is tied by Jwarasur’s power. Jwarasur realizes that he is not able to spread his power to anyone else. Bhola screams in pain. Devi Parvati hears this and gets worried. She runs to the village. Lord Narayan, Kartikeya, and Ganesh also follow Devi Parvati. Devi Parvati notices the village is covered with a shield. Brahmadev says it’s created by Bholenaath. Devi Parvati asks how she can leave when Shiv is alone in this situation. Lord Narayan asks her not to doubt and to have trust in Bholenaath. And Bholenaath doesn’t want them there, so he must have a reason to think like that. So they should leave from there instead of interfering in Bholenaath’s leela.
Diti tells Kali that she already told him Bhola is Shiv. She says Bholenaath is tied with Jwarasur’s fever, which is their win.
Jwarasur wonders who Bhola is. Bhola transforms into Bholenaath. Then he takes Bhola’s form and reaches Jwarasur. Jwarasur asks how Bhola reached there when no one can reach there. Bhola says this happened because Jwarasur gave him fever.
The episode ends.
