The episode starts with Vishwas telling Arambhi that it seems like she is intentionally trying to spoil their family’s reputation. Arambhi rebukes him, saying she wonders why she feels like he doesn’t want to bring out the truth on purpose. The Tandon family looks on as Arambhi leaves.
Avantika tells Manmeet that the Tandon family has many internal problems and that Vishwas didn’t donate his kidney to Arambhi, which led to chaos. She says she doesn’t want Manmeet to get caught up in it and expresses her concern. Manmeet says she thought Arambhi would support her, but she was wrong, and thanks Avantika for supporting her. Nandita creates drama in front of the family members, saying she doesn’t understand why Arambhi wants to prove innocent Karthik as the culprit. Suneel asks Vishwas to handle Arambhi, and Vishwas agrees. Avantika comes there and tells the Tandon family that Manmeet has agreed to leave the hospital without creating any issues, and they just need to give her a recommendation letter. The Tandons thank her. Avantika says they are like her family and asks them to manage Arambhi; otherwise, the situation may take a wrong turn in front of the board of directors’ meeting tomorrow.
Manmeet gets emotional while packing her belongings. Seeing a Ganesh idol, she tearfully asks if there are no good people left in the world. Arambhi comes and supports her, but Manmeet refuses to believe her. She says Arambhi has a rich husband like Vishwas, while she has no family, and Arambhi’s family has wronged her. Arambhi begs Manmeet to give her 24 hours and requests her not to resign. She promises to prove Manmeet’s innocence. Manmeet agrees and gives her time. Manju lashes out at Arambhi for going against the Tandon family for Manmeet. Arambhi tries to explain that Manmeet has been wronged. Vivaan asks Manju not to slap his mother. Arambhi sends Vivaan inside with Soundarya, who consoles him. Vivaan says his mother has never done anything wrong and asks for a phone to call his grandfather.
Arambhi speaks against Vishwas. Manju slaps Arambhi and warns her to leave Manmeet’s matter, or she will see her dead body. She assures Vishwas that Arambhi will not create trouble. Vishwas thanks her. Arambhi breaks down in tears as her mother refuses to listen. She prays to Bappa to show her a way. Vishwas thinks Arambhi is defeated and will face more setbacks.
In her room, Arambhi wonders how to prove Manmeet’s innocence and where Raj has gone. Vishwas enters the room. Balbir calls Vishwas and asks him to send Arambhi to his house as he wants to talk about what happened. Vishwas agrees and tells Arambhi to go to her father’s place. Arambhi recalls everything and decides to retrieve the phone from the farmhouse and send it to the police so that she can keep her promise to her mother and ensure Manmeet’s culprits are punished.
