The episode starts with the Tandons asking Manmeet to leave the hospital and resign within 24 hours. Manmeet wonders why Arambhi didn’t tell the truth. Suneel also asks Manmeet to leave. Manmeet walks out of the room and collapses onto a chair outside.
Avantika sees Manmeet and decides to manipulate her against Arambhi. Avantika says she just found out what happened and mentions that Manmeet has no proof. Manmeet replies that Arambhi is her proof. Avantika suggests that maybe Arambhi doesn’t want to help her even after knowing everything. She adds that she stayed at the Tandon house last night and doesn’t think Arambhi told anyone. Avantika then says not to worry and offers to help Manmeet get a job at another hospital she knows.
Manmeet responds that it’s not about work but about her dignity being at stake and the management believing false allegations. Avantika says Arambhi behaved normally, cooked food last night, and didn’t tell anyone about the incident. She adds that she can judge people. Just then, Arambhi arrives at the hospital and rebukes Avantika for judging her.
Manmeet tells Arambhi that she is judging her because she didn’t tell the truth to her family, which led them to trust Karthik and his friends’ accusations. She says she lost because Arambhi didn’t support the truth. Instigated by Avantika, Manmeet questions Arambhi, asking why she is supporting criminals and why she betrayed her when she only has 24 hours to prove her innocence. Arambhi asks Manmeet to come with her and takes her to the management room.
Meanwhile, Dimple notices several missed calls from the driver.
Arambhi enters the management room and confronts Vishwas, asking why he said she didn’t inform them about what happened with Manmeet the previous night. She insists that she told him everything. She questions them about the false allegations made against Manmeet. Suneel responds that they learned the truth after an investigation. Arambhi asks how they could decide without speaking to her.
Dimple asks Arambhi to forget the matter, but Arambhi rebukes her. Vishwas tells Arambhi to behave herself, reminding her that this is a hospital, not a kitchen. Arambhi replies that it would have been better if it were her kitchen, as no one would have been falsely accused there. Vishwas asks her to stop.
Vishwas then starts apologizing, but Arambhi tells him to stop gaslighting her. Dimple is shocked. Arambhi says he cannot manipulate her. When Vishwas tries to speak, she interrupts him and repeats her question about why he lied to Manmeet. She accuses him of avoiding the question and changing the topic.
Arambhi reminds them that Manmeet has been given 24 hours and challenges Vishwas that within that time, she will prove Manmeet’s innocence with evidence. Everyone is shocked. She declares that it will then be decided who will stay in the hospital and who will be thrown out. Karthik tries to manipulate Arambhi with a fake story, but she doesn’t believe him.
Dimple tells Arambhi to go home and manage the kitchen, saying that is her place, not the hospital. Arambhi tells the Tandons that they are supporting criminals instead of the victim, which is wrong. She then sends Manmeet out.
Avantika takes Manmeet to her room and says she doesn’t think Arambhi will go against her family to help her. She adds that society cannot handle strong women. However, Avantika secretly thinks that Arambhi will help Manmeet, and in doing so, will ruin her position in the Tandon house. Avantika advises Manmeet to drop the matter and says she will talk to Vishwas to prevent her from being fired, as her career is important. Manmeet questions if she is being asked to forget the crime committed against her. Avantika says she is only giving good advice.
Arambhi tells the Tandons that female employees will feel unsafe if justice is not given to Manmeet. Dimple calls it nonsense. Vishwas tells Arambhi not to interfere in hospital matters and to go home. He asks if she wants to ruin the hospital’s reputation. Arambhi questions why they refuse to see the truth and continues to rebuke them.
