The episode starts with Mannat telling Aishwarya that she isn’t Arzoo and cannot hide the truth from her. She says she has evidence against her, as Mallika clearly referred to her as “mom.” Aishwarya throws her phone down and asks how she could place a camera in her room. She threatens to withdraw her investment and leave. Mannat grabs her by the neck, and Vikrant arrives and separates them.
Vikrant feels betrayed when he learns that Mannat didn’t believe him. He feels disgusted when Aishwarya informs him that Dhairya fixed a camera in her room. Yashika provokes him against Mannat. Mannat understands that Yashika is helping Aishwarya throw her out of the house.
Vishwas’s brother supports Manmeet in front of everyone and takes her away. Kunika says that many foolish people are in the hospital. She reveals that Druv is her grandson and an investor in the hospital, and she will ask him to handle the situation. Vishwas and his father try to convince her, but Kunika says that Manmeet has been fired from the hospital. Avantika thinks Aarambhi has spoiled her plan.
Aishwarya tells Vikrant that she can’t stay there anymore and wants to go back to London for a break. Mannat tries to interrupt, but Vikrant stops her and agrees to Aishwarya’s condition. Mannat thinks that Vikrant never trusts her and decides she cannot allow Aishwarya to escape. Aishwarya, meanwhile, plans to return soon and destroy her.

The father-in-law also complains that Aarambhi made him look like a clown in front of the clients. Dimple orders them to correct this mistake within a week and tells Vishwas that Aarambhi is getting out of control and needs to be disciplined.
Dhairya tells Mannat that Aishwarya sensed their plan and is always one step ahead. He complains that Vikrant is ignoring the evidence and supporting Aishwarya. Mannat says she thought Mallika calling Aishwarya “mom” would be enough, but it wasn’t. When Dhairya asks if she will give up, Mannat refuses. She says it’s hard to defeat Aishwarya in her own game, but Aishwarya has never truly won against her. Dimple tells Vishwas to control his wife, and they leave. Vishwas closes the door and questions Aarambhi about creating a scene in front of investors and going against the family for Manmeet. Aarambhi asks if he would say the same if Avantika were in Manmeet’s place. She argues that both Avantika and Manmeet are part of the hospital, so what she did wasn’t wrong.
Their argument escalates. Vishwas says he regrets giving her so much freedom and that she is just his wife, while he is Dr. Vishwas Tandon. He claims the hospital is built with his money and accuses her of living off it. Aarambhi replies that she studied MBBS just like him and has stayed silent until now, but not anymore. Avantika tries to enter the room, but Raj stops her and asks her to stay out of family matters.
Aarambhi tells Vishwas that she trusted him, but he betrayed her. Vishwas asks what she is referring to, but Aarambhi hides the truth and says she is talking about Manmeet’s issue. Vishwas throws her out of the hospital and shouts at her to leave. Raj tries to intervene, but Dimple stops him, saying it is a matter between husband and wife. Aarambhi leaves, while Avantika feels victorious.
In the kitchen, Vishaka drinks water and overhears Mannat and Dhairya’s conversation. They successfully plant doubts in her mind that Aishwarya may turn against her and that she might need to provide proof.
Vishaka confronts Aishwarya and threatens her, saying that if she speaks the truth, Aishwarya will be finished. Aishwarya asks what she can do. Mannat sees their argument and tries to record their confession. Vishaka reveals that Mannat will not spare Aishwarya once she learns that Aishwarya killed her mother, Shruthi. Mannat is shocked. Aishwarya asks Vishaka to stay quiet. Mannat runs away, and Aishwarya takes Vishaka with her.
Kunika video-calls her grandson and asks him to show his face. He says he is working out. Kunika tells him that Aarambhi was a college topper and wants to restart her career as a doctor, so he should help her. He agrees, and she asks him to visit her soon before ending the call.
Aarambhi walks on the road, recalling Vishwas’s insulting words. She enters a temple and prays, saying she sacrificed her career and dreams for Vishwas, but today he said she has no identity. She questions God about her mistake and asks for one chance to prove herself and win her son’s custody in the future.
She receives a call from Kunika. Aarambhi asks if she is fine. Kunika says she is fine and reminds Aarambhi that she is more than just Vishwas’s wife—she is a gold medalist. She asks if Aarambhi still wants to become a doctor. Aarambhi says yes but mentions she couldn’t write her exam well due to her hand injury to renew her doctor license. Kunika tells her that her grandson has arranged another chance for her exam. Aarambhi happily agrees and thanks her.
Aarambhi decides that soon Vishwas will meet Dr. Aarambhi, and she will prove him wrong. Meanwhile, she sees a vehicle about to hit Mannat and saves her by pulling her aside. Mannat falls unconscious.
