The episode starts with Aarti challenging Dharamraj, saying that Anjali will enter politics and become an MLA for the next five years.
Chandraman tells Dharamraj that they should leave. Raghav asks Chandraman to take his money. Chandraman tells Raghav that he is changing his colours like a chameleon and comments on it. Chandraman and Dharamraj then leave.
Ved and Anjali bring Ganesh to a private hospital. Ved requests the doctor to treat Ganesh and says that he had a cardiac arrest. The doctor asks Ved to first fill out the form and pay the money at the counter; only then will they start treating the patient.
Anjali grabs the doctor’s collar and asks him if paying money is more important than saving the patient. The doctor asks Anjali to leave his collar and criticises her behaviour.
The doctor tells Anjali to take Ganesh to a local hospital as they cannot afford the treatment there. Anjali tells the doctor that there are no facilities in the local hospital to treat a patient like him. The doctor replies that in that case, the patient will die. Hearing this, Anjali slaps the doctor and argues with him.
The doctor calls security and asks Anjali and Ved to leave. He tells them that they do not know who is behind the hospital. Anjali asks who owns the hospital. The doctor replies that Dharamraj Ahuja is behind it. He also says that many powerful people like Chandraman Thakur are involved. Anjali is shocked to hear this.
Sadhika asks the doctor to admit Ganesh to the hospital and says that the money has already been paid. Anjali asks Sadhika and Vaibhav where the money came from. Sadhika reminds Anjali that Ganesh is Gini’s father. She says Ganesh needs to recover because he will argue Gini’s case in court.
Anjali hesitates because an honest person like her father is going to be treated with dirty money. Vaibhav asks Anjali to allow Ganesh to receive treatment and says that if anything happens to him, she will be responsible. Hearing this, Anjali allows Ganesh to be taken for treatment.
Padma calls Anjali and asks if Ganesh has been admitted to the hospital. With pain in her heart, Anjali tells Padma that Ganesh has been admitted because he is Gini’s father, a VIP—not because he is Anjali Awasti’s father.
Anjali returns home with tears in her eyes. Raghav tells Anjali that the daughter of Awasti can cry, but the daughter-in-law of the Rajput family cannot. Anjali asks Raghav what else she could have done, as there are no facilities in local hospitals to treat Ganesh, and private hospitals will not start treatment until the money is paid. She says that today she lost as a daughter.
Padma asks Anjali to let it go, saying that the most important thing is that Ganesh is getting treatment. Anjali asks Padma about the people in their basti and says that not everyone has money for treatment in a private hospital. Abhay asks Anjali what they can do and says they cannot bring any change. Ved says that Anjali will bring the change.
Pradeep arrives and tells Anjali that Dharamraj has cut off the basti’s water supply. Yuvraj calls Anjali, mocks her, and makes her speak to Dharamraj. Dharamraj mocks Anjali and asks her to now clean up society as she claimed she would.
Anjali challenges Dharamraj, saying that she will bring water to the basti tomorrow. She promises everyone that she will do it. Dharamraj tells Yuvraj that they must keep an eye on Anjali and stop her. Yuvraj agrees.
