The episode starts with Aarambhi praying for Mannat. Vishwas says that he wants to talk to her. Later, Yashika inquires Vikrant about Arzoo’s health. He informs her that she needs a liver transplant. Yashika asks him how he could believe Aarambhi, as she isn’t a doctor. Vikrant says that she is a doctor and a gold medalist. Just because she isn’t practicing doesn’t mean she isn’t a doctor. Yashika says that his family members are not giving heed to her words. Vikrant says that this is the problem—they didn’t respect her words. Yashika says that he is supporting her only because of Mannat and always defends her. Vikrant says that Mannat wasn’t wrong and he is supporting the truth. Yashika says that he insulted her in front of everyone while defending Mannat.
Vikrant says that he won’t believe anyone’s words without proof. If she doubts him, she can inquire with his mother. He admits that he didn’t trust Mannat when she asked him to believe her. Vikrant says that he wants to cancel the wedding, but Yashika refuses. Vikrant says that Arzoo isn’t well, but Yashika plays an emotional card. She accuses him of not being able to forget Mannat and planning to cancel the wedding. Vikrant asks what’s wrong with her and says he can’t betray any girl. Yashika says that she knows he is a good person and reminds him that she stood by him during his low phase. She says she doesn’t want to lose him and asks why he is treating her this way. Avanthika asks Aarambhi how she could insult her family in front of outsiders. Aarambhi says that Vishwas is insulting her in front of Avanthika. Dimple asks Aarambhi why she informed Arzoo that Vishwas didn’t donate his kidney to her. Aarambhi says she wanted to mentally prepare Arzoo for the situation and that her intentions weren’t bad. She adds that even if she isn’t a doctor now, she was once a patient and has the right to share her experience. Vishwas accuses her of taking revenge for the Manmeet incident, but Aarambhi gives a fitting reply. Vishwas asks why she blamed Avanthika for tearing her dress. Aarambhi questions how he knows, as he wasn’t there, and says it seems Avanthika told him. She explains that Avanthika asked her to hide it to avoid creating a scene. Aarambhi says she could have checked the CCTV footage to find the culprit, but Avanthika stopped her. Dimple accuses Aarambhi of threatening her. Aarambhi says she saw a surgical scalpel in Avanthika’s hand and suspects her because of that. She reminds Vishwas that he used to call her his “heart doctor” and asks if he won’t trust her now.
Later, Mannat accidentally collides with Vikrant. They recall their happy memories together. Mannat says that she won’t stay there after his wedding. Vikrant becomes emotional and expects her to confess her feelings, while she expects him to apologize sincerely. Both hide their true feelings. Vikrant asks her to prepare a smoothie for him. Mannat thanks him for supporting her and says she never expected him to defend her. She questions why he always demands proof instead of trusting her once. Vikrant says that it doesn’t matter anymore, as she is married to Dhairya and has a daughter, Dua. Mannat leaves. Yashika realizes that they still love each other and decides not to let Mannat come in her way.
Later, Aarambhi prepares breakfast. She learns from Soundarya that someone delivered the interview list to Vishwas and worries that he might see her name. Saniya asks Vishwas for help with her school project. Aarambhi distracts Vishwas with juice while he signs the selected candidates list. He sees the name “A.B. Chowdary” but doesn’t realize it refers to Aarambhi. Aarambhi feels relieved and thinks she has successfully cleared the interview. Saniya says she wants to say in her project that she wants to become a good doctor like Vishwas and her mother. Suneel suggests visiting the hospital to understand the procedures. Dimple asks Aarambhi to take Saniya to the hospital, and Aarambhi agrees, thinking her license is renewed and she will help Mannat succeed in her plan.
Dhairya tells Mannat that once they execute their plan and get justice for Shruti, they should shift to Indore and live peacefully with Dua. Mannat agrees while controlling her tears. Dhairya says Vikrant did wrong by bringing them there, but Mannat says it helped them discover that Aishwarya is living as Arzoo and is responsible for Sudha’s murder. She vows to take revenge and ensure Aishwarya is punished.
At the hospital, Visakha mocks Aishwarya, who gets angry. Mallika asks Visakha to stop and gives lemon water to Aishwarya. Mannat brings Saniya to the pathology lab for her project. Aarambhi pretends to record Saniya interviewing a lab technician while secretly changing the test values. Mallika arrives to collect the reports. Aarambhi worries whether the changes were saved. The technician prints and hands over the reports to Mallika.
Meanwhile, Mannat instructs decorators. Yashika apologizes to Mannat for her insecurity. Vikrant arrives, and Yashika asks the photographer to stage a rehearsal. She asks Vikrant and Mannat to perform wedding rituals for photos. Though hesitant, they agree and relive their past moments. Yashika becomes furious seeing them together and separates them. Mannat receives a message and leaves. Yashika decides to weaken Mannat mentally before her wedding.
Aishwarya asks Vishwas about her reports. After checking, he informs her that the reports are not good and that she needs a liver transplant as soon as possible. Aarambhi overhears this and thanks Bappa for supporting their plan.

This episode beautifully captures the emotional turmoil between Mannat and Vikrant, who still love each other but fail to express it. Yashika’s insecurity is slowly turning into obsession, making her a dangerous player. Aarambhi, on the other hand, is emerging as the mastermind, cleverly executing her plan without getting caught. The hospital drama adds a thrilling twist, especially with the manipulated reports. With revenge, love, and secrets colliding, the story is building intense suspense for the upcoming episodes.
