The episode starts with Tulsi finding Noina’s medicine in the dustbin and she asks Noina why she has thrown the medicine. Noina tells Tulsi she has been caught and her truth has come in front of her and just then she starts coughing. Noina tells Tulsi she has committed lots of sin and that’s why it is unable for her to trust her. Noina tells Tulsi she is dying and she is living her end days. Noina tells Tulsi she wants to stay a normal life that’s why she stopped taking the medicine because she doesn’t want to live anymore and she tells Tulsi how Mihir feels torture to marry her that’s why she doesn’t want to stay alive. Suchi tells Tulsi quality of life matters on Noina’s life and Noina tells Tulsi she can do unfair things with her. Tulsi tells Noina she can understand her points and she tells Suchi that Noina will have to take the medicine in time. Tulsi leaves and Suchi feels relaxed. Suchi asks Noina will Tulsi trust her and Noina tells Suchi that Tulsi will trust her. Noina wants to marry Mihir as fast as possible.
Pari comes to Mihir he is very disturbed and Mihir tells Pari he is doing this for Tulsi. Pari tells Mihir she can understand he is marrying Noina under pressure and Mihir tells Pari that Ajay loves her that’s why he doesn’t want to marry anyone. Pari tells Mihir her past is stopping her and she admits their situations are the same.
Suchi goes to try the dress but just then Noina gets a call and Noina tells Nurse to go have lunch. Noina gets a call from the doctor asking her to return the old reports and Noina tells the doctor she will return the reports later. Munni hears the conversation and Noina tells Munni she got a promotional call. Munni tells Noina that Maa has sent her to get ready and Munni wants to see whom Noina is talking to. Munni takes the phone to check while Noina brings the dupatta and Noina continues her acting.
Munni tells Tulsi that Noina gets a call from a doctor asking her to return the reports and she tells her that her location and Suchi’s location were the same. Munni tells Tulsi her doubts are confirmed and Tulsi tells Munni to take Noina and Suchi to the tv room because she also feels something strange. Tulsi tells Munni she will have to find out what’s going on in the room and Munni follows Tulsi’s orders. Tulsi is in doubt what Noina is up to and Munni takes them to the other room. Noina meets Mihir and she tells him he is marrying her under pressure. Noina tells Mihir not to be strange with her and he frank with her. Mihir tells Noina he has nothing to give her except prayers and he wants her to stay away. Pari notices blood marks on the floor and Tulsi comes to check Noina’s room. Tulsi starts checking the room and she finds a file in the cupboard. Tulsi learns that Noina is having cancer and she feels sorry but just then she notices a file under the mattress. Tulsi gets another medical file in which she learns that Noina is having only ulcers and now she is totally confused.
Mihir sees the blood and she starts asking where the blood comes. Noina goes to clean the floor and Pari sends Mihir. Munni is confused and she calms down Noina. Munni asks Pari to help her in the make up and Pari goes to get the makeup kit. Tulsi learns the time is less and she goes to find out the truth. Noina asks Tulsi where she is going and Tulsi tells her she is going to the factory to check the raw material. Noina tells Tulsi to send someone else and Tulsi tells Noina she will be back soon. Noina reminds Tulsi about her promise and Tulsi tells Noina she will be back soon before the subh muhurat. Munni takes Noina and Tulsi tells Munni she finds out the two reports. Tulsi tells Munni she is going to the hospital to find out the truth.
