The episode starts with Sheetal threatening Milky and the goons with firetorch. She asks Dhruv to go out along with his parents. Dhruv happily thanks her. He says they can celebrate Lohri outside. Milky threatens Nutan if Dhruv and Sonam lights the Lohri fire, she will break the tent. Nuttan asks to do what she wants and scolds her. Shashikant asks Milky to break the tent. Milky ordera the goons. Dhruv and Sonam together light the Lohri fire. Nutan blesses them. The goons break the tent. Milky angrily walks away. The family celebrates Lohri. Shashikant blesses that they always stay together. Dhruv, Sonam takes Sheetal’s blessings then Pratap and Subhadra’s. They happily hug them.
Pratap invites them to stay in his house. Sonam agrees. She asks her parents to take Dhruv’s family with them but she will stay here, else Milky will think that they got scared. Nutan thanks Pratap. She tells their fight is still on and they can’t leave Sonam’s side. Dhruv also tells he will stay with his buddy. Shashikant asks them not to worry as they all are together. Shashikant and Pratap hug. Pratap tells he trusts Sonam. He asks to take her care of herself and asks to tell him if there’s any problem. They share a hug. Pratap and Subhadra leave. The family share a hug together.
At night, Dhruv’s family is seen sleeping. Milky comes there. She burns Nutan’s shawl. Nutan wakes up. She shouts. Family rescues her. Dhruv gets shocked. He starts having flashes. Milky threatens Dhruv that she will his family and his buddy and hides. Dhruv falls down losing consciousness. Family notices Dhruv and gets shocked. They cry calling out his name.
Dhruv’s family rushes him to the hospital. A nurse announces that they have to take some tests, then Doctors will talk to them. The next day, doctor tells Dhruv’s family that Dhruv became emotionally stressed seeing his mom in fire. Due to the shock, Dhruv has fallen into coma. They have to give him injection to control the swelling in his brain. He further tells the day after tomorrow they have to operate Dhruv. Thry will call a specialist from Delhi. His fees will be 50 lakhs. Shashikant tells Milky has frozen their bank account. Nutan cries asking how they will safe Dhruv. Sonam says nothing will happen to Dhruv, she will do something and leaves.
Sonam is talking with his mom. She explains the situation. Subhadra asks her to come, they will help her. Sonam sees Milky’s goon following her. She says Milky will harm those who help them. She has to talk to Milky. Sonam, Nutan and Sheetal comes to Milky. The latter says she’s ready to give them some money but in returns they have do what she tells. They agree. Milky asks them to first apologize to them by kneeling down. They does so. Milky then asks them to do arrangements for Dhruv’s cremation. They look shocked. Milky says Dhruv will die in two day. She will cry his death for a while then will get married again but this time with a first hand boy and will fly to Mumbai.Nutan scolds her and cries. Sonam consoles her asking not to fall weak.

Precap : Doctors tells Shashikant Dhruv’s swelling is increasing and asks to arrange for the injection. Milky makes Sonam do Dhruv’s cremation’s arrangements.
