The episode starts with Milky shouting at Batasa asking him to leave. Boy’s mom questions who is funeral. Milky lies her dad is in death bed and wants to get her married before his death so my mom is crying. The boy family leaves saying they will inform their decision in phone. Milky says she will give them money if her marriage gets fixed. Suddenly Milky falls down holding her chest. Sonam looks shocked.
At the hospital, the specialist tells Shashikant they can’t delay Dhruv’s treatment and asks to pay the hospital charges and complete the formalities. Milky visits a Doctor. Doctor tells her she got a mild heart attack but there’s a defect in her heart so she needs a new heart. Milky agrees to do her heart transplantation. Doctor says she has to wait 6 months to get a donor. Doctor tells if she wants she can find a donor herself, she can take a death person’s consent and get his heart after his death but it will be costly.
Milky comes back home. She hears two men from government telling Nutan that government will take her house as a new road will be built here. They will get compension money. and asks for her house’s papers. Sheetal takes Nuttan and Sonam to a corner. Sheetal suggests to make false papers and sell the house. This is the only way to save Dhruv. Sonam agrees with Sheetal. Sonam tells the man that they will arrange for the papers. Milky thinks she has original papers, before they will make false documents, she will sell the house.
Milky tells the men from government that Nutan lied to them. They have false documents. She gives the original papers to the men and asks to give the compensation to her. Milky receives doctor’s call. He tells they got a matching heart for her but it’s not possible as it’s her mom’s heart and she’s fit and healthy. Milky goes to a corner. She asks what if she will get an accident and will be in dead bed. Doctor says possible but she has to sign a consent form agreeing to donate her organs after her death. Milky oders the goons to catch her mom. Milky says she will her heart to her. Milky mom gets shocked.
Milky comes back home. She tells Sonam Nutan that the government officers they are waiting for will not home as she has sold this house. She asks them to say goodbye to the house. She then tells Dhruv can’t be saved. Shashikant and Sheetal come there. He tells they got the money. He paid the hospital charges and Dhruv’s will get operated. Milky asks how they got the money. Sonam says because they got the house’s documents back. Sonam gives the documents to Nutan. A FB is shown. Sonam asks the man to act as government officer.
.Sheetal tells Sonam to make arrangements to sell the house while she will give this tablet to Milky and make arrangements for the heart transplant drama. FB ends. Milky gets shocked. She asks the goon to catch all of them. Sheetal tells the goon that Milky has no money to pay them. The goons leaves.
Milky mom scolds Milky. She says she cuts her dies with Milky and leaves. Nutan tells Milky can’t escape getting married as she informed the boy’s family her truth. Milky raise her hand to slap Nutan. Sonam holds her hand. Sonam warns Milky. Sonam assures Nutan that Dhruv will get well.
Nutan gives the house responsibility to Sonam and blesses her. Sonam hugs Nuttan. Sonam tells Milky to get out. Milky wears the mangalsutra. Milky tells she’s Dhruv’s legal wife. She threatens them. Sonam tells she’s not scared of her threats. She asks her to do whatever she wants and asks her to get out. Nutan cries that Milky framed Dhruv.
Sonam says they all together and Milky can’t do anything against them. Dhruv never did wrong with anyone so God will save him. Shashikant and Sheetal agree with Sonam. Nutan wipes her tears. Nuttan says she’s not that weak to give up when her whole family is fighting together. She asks Milky to get out. Sonam and Nutan throw Milky out.
The episode ends.
Precap: Milky asks someone in phone callĺ to arrange for a fake pregnancy report. Batasa overhears her. Milky sees Batasa. She pushes him. He falls and gets hurt in head. Nutan looks shocked.
