The episode starts with Omkar falling on the floor and getting unconscious. Neel comes there and gets worried seeing Omkar’s condition. He asks Mayura how could she do this. Mayura says he was trying to misbehave with her. Neel says if she is out of mind as Omkar is so sick and not even in an condition to do anything. Neel gets angry at Mayura for slapping and pushing Omkar and leaves to treat Omkar.
Ashwaria comes to the office of kite event organiser and asks Mayura’s whereabouts by showing her pic. Event manager gets shocked. He was about to say something when Ashwaria gets a call.
The event manager thinks something is definitely wrong as previously Omkar asked about Mayura and now Ashwaria. He decides not to tell her anything.
When Ashwaria asks again about Mayura and if Omkar inquired about her, the event organisers denies.
Neel starts treating Omkar. Omkar’s condition is getting worse. He keeps murmuring Mayura. Neel asks nurse to keep him under observation.
Mayura thinks why she felt so weird when Omkar had touched her. She thinks who is he. Neel comes and starts scolding Mayura about slapping Omkar so hard when he was already suffering so much internal injuries. Mayura tells him she didn’t have any such intention but he was behaving very weird.
Neel says she herself is a doctor and is dealing with anxiety attacks. How could she do this, then he explains her may be Omkar was just taking her help to stand up as he is physically weak. Mayura says but he called her by her name. How could he know her name is Mayura.
Then Neel shows the wrist band Mayura was wearing which has her name written on it. Neel says he may have seen it. Mayura says she didn’t even realize this. She regrets slapping Omkar. She asks Neel if his condition is better now. He says Omkar will be fine soon. Mayura asks permission to meet him once but he says now he is taking rest. Mayura suddenly sees Ashutosh there so she asks Neel to hide her and take to her room. She thanks him.
Event organiser comes to meet Sulekha and dadi asks if Mayura is fine. They inform she is bit weak so they admitted her in hospital. However event organiser doesn’t inform them about Omkar and Ashwaria.
Sulekha gets suspicious.
Ashutosh asks Neel about accident case patient (Omkar), Neel is about to take him there but suddenly they hear Mayura screaming. Mayura says she is fine, just the vase fell when she was taking medicine so they heard the noise.
Omkar on other hand gets up thinking about how Mayura didn’t recognize him. He starts trying to leave but nurse stops him. Neel comes there says him to stop trying to go out. Then Omkar asks him about Mayura. Neel says she is also his patient, Omkar asks him how and where did he meet her?
Then Neel explains him how he met her at Narmada ghat and was in coma for 3 months. Neel says she has forgotten major part of her life. Omkar asks what will happen if she recalls those memories. Neel says it may be very dangerous for her. He says Omkar that Mayura is fine now and has become homeopathic doctor.
Neel asks Omkar if he knows Mayura but he denies as he thinks he will first ask her for forgiveness. Omkar feels very guilty and thinks Mayura felt too much pain because of his mistake. He cries thinking of his past actions and breaks down thinking he cannot inform Mayura about himself. He says he deserves all this and keeps crying.
Pinjara precap – Omkar and Mayura meet each other in hospital room and Mayura asks him if they know each other and have some connection. Omkar thinks this had to happen.
