Episode starts with Preeti playing dumb charades with KT on their bed excitedly while he looks lost. She ask him to guess what is she trying to act. He states she is trying to say that he and Kusum are the two most important pillars of her life while she smiles nodding positively. She pours her heart out saying that they both are the most important person in her life who have taught her how to live.
She shares her pain saying that she was living a suffocating life but they have made her to enjoy it. She decides to enjoy each moment of her life and says that she always pray to god to keep three of them together. KT says that god will always keep Preeti and Kusum’s bond strong and united while she corrects him including his name also. He fakes a smile. She gets excited about their trip to Switzerland while he looks on.
Neelima told Neel about his engagement with Shikha on the next day when KT and Preeti will leave while he gets shocked and denies for it. He tries to make her understand about his love for Priyanka but she scolds him and taunts him for betraying his family for a girl. He says that he can do anything except for leaving Priyanka! To which Neelima warns him and goes from there.
Neelima does aarti of Preeti and KT as they were about to go. Everyone gives them some advices while Preeti sees Neel sad and goes towards him. She ask him about the matter and assures him that she will get him engaged to Priyanka after coming back but Neelima interfered in between them.
Juhi comes there and handovers some woolen clothes to Preeti which Kusum have sended for her while Preeti gets overwhelmed. Juhi smiles at KT and praises him, She ask him to take care of her mother while he nods.
At that time someone called their landline asking when they have to come for engagement. Neelima signals Neel while he cuts the call saying wrong number. Preeti questions about it but they reminds her about the flight to divert her mind.
KT and Preeti goes towards the airport when Preeti sees a Dargah and ask the driver to stop in front of it. She says that she loves to visit orphanage and Dargah when she gets happy. She looks at KT stating that he is the reason for her happiness and insists him to come with her. They goes inside the Dargah “Ali Maula plays” Preeti looks at KT and thanks god for blessing her with him. She prays for his wellbeing while he apologized to god for lying to Preeti and ask for her happiness. An old man comes there who gives clothe to KT and helps him in putting it on the Dargah. He tells KT about the power of love while Preeti smiles hearing it.
Preeti and KT walks along while she goes to tie the knot making a wish for their love. She says that she is blessed to get KT’s love and so wants to pray for themselves and thanks God for it. She ties the knot on the gate of Dargah while KT thinks that Preeti deserves a better partner then him who will actually love her. Preeti says that people never goes empty hand from this Dargah while KT looks on.
KT and Preeti gets into the car when KT makes an excuse of forgetting his watch inside the Dargah and goes to get it. He sees Preeti’s knot and removes it when the old man comes there and states that the wish won’t get fullfilled if the knot will be removed. On the other side Preeti sees KT’s watch inside the car and looks on. KT replies to the man that some wishes are better not to get fullfilled. He says that he have lied to his wife about loving her while Preeti gets freezed on her place hearing him.
Precap:- Neelima performs Neel and Shikha’s engagement when Preeti comes there and gets shocked seeing it. She tries to interfere but Kusum comes there and taunts Neelima for lying to her. She reminds her about agreeing to Priyanka and Neel’s alliance. Neel states that he doesn’t love Priyanka making Kusum stunned. Neelima says that Preeti also knows about Neel’s engagement while Kusum shouts at Preeti and breaks her relation with Preeti.
